We came in on a Tuesday night and ordered 2 bubble waffles-- one with fruit & whipped cream; another with vanilla Thai ice cream rolls with caramel drizzled on top. We also had a third order of just blueberry Thai ice cream rolls with blueberries on top. We very much enjoyed our desserts, but it took FOREVER for all 3 of us to get our orders. I mean, I think it took us an hour to individually get our orders. There was only one person making the ice cream and another person making the waffles and manning the front counter for new orders. When a grub hub order came in, our orders got pushed to the back so only 1 of our desserts were made. This happened again so that it took 15 minutes for the second person's dessert to be made. The same thing happened again with a new order. This means that by the time the third person got his ice cream, the first person had already finished eating 20 minutes ago and the second person was finishing up and also already to go! read more

Love it! I do find it weird that they serve bubble tea next to the Asian supermarket, whom also serves it. My only issue there was a girl named "Ariana" who didn't know how to make my Thai icecream rolls correctly, she took about 10 minutes and sadly messed them up. An sweet Asian girl came through and fixed my order. Everybody is sweet, but the lychee flavored boba tastes like dish soap? I don't know if it's just the way it's supposed to taste But thanks to this place, the Asian supermarket, www.cokoyam.com , and Amazon I zapped into my korean side! i LOVE this place!! best milk tea in town with good pricing. i suggest taro or peach milk tea with boba pearls. servers are very sweet and always helpful. :) the place has nice booths to sit in although i usually end up drinking my tea on the go. totally recommend this place!!! also their ice cream is good but i've only tried it once. overall recommend!!! read more

Very good! I love this place but they abruptly closed because of COVID-19. Haven't checked to see if they opened yet; The bubble tea is good, I just don't recommend Lychee because it tastes nothing like actual Lychee, it tastes like dish soap. Thai milk tea is the best! The Thai Ice cream rolls are so good!! Especially coffee, I haven't tried anything else but these are my go-to. read more

Worst service ever. This business does not understand the concept of "hours of operation". They literally just up and decide when they want to close every day... that is, if they are even open that day. Even with the "Daily Hours" posted on the door! It makes absolutely zero sense. Also, the little girl that works the counter at the South College location stole my stamps. I was 2 away from getting the free treat and she took my card because it was "expired" (because they were closed all of the COVID shutdown) and she refused to give it back or provide an updated card with replacement stamps. Very rude & very poor customer service. Also, you get yelled at by anybody behind the counter if you try to step a foot inside without a mask, however, there's no sign posted about having to wear a mask on the door. Very backwards way of running a business. I suggest the other bubble tea place on Magnolia street. They're nice people, no mask necessary, and no bully little girl that steals your stamps that you rightfully earned! read more
