This is the first bad review I've ever written. They told me the detailing would take 4 hours. It took NINE AND A HALF HOURS. That's 9 1/2 hours. They did a decent job from what I can tell with a brief look but for how expensive it was ($250), they should do what they say. 4 hours does not mean 5 1/2 hours later. read more

Been trying to find a car wash that wasn't super sketch for the last week, I drove by here yesterday, saw it was open, and pulled in. I paid for the works package, the extra for being an SUV, and extra for fur removal. We just moved up here and my dog rode up in my car, so there was a bit of fur. The staff is short handed, who isn't, but they were pleasant...until they weren't. I got into my car to drive it into the actual car wash portion after they vacuumed the inside, this is where I was told if I had any issues with the job they did, just to let them know. After I pulled out of the car wash portion, I parked to put my seats back up, this is where I noticed nothing in the back area had been touched by the vacuum, I had a blanket on part of it and it had not been moved, I should have moved it, yes, but I forgot it was there. I told the gentleman at the cash booth that it was not done, he was the one who told me if there were any issues to let them know, he and another younger guy started cleaning the back, with a bit of attitude I might add. The original older man who was supposed to have cleaned the car came over after awhile and with grumbling, cussing, and a ton of attitude started cleaning areas that didn't need to be clean. Only the back area was missed, everything else was fine, I told them this multiple times, but no one was listening to me. There was a lot of grumbling about the other employees, there was a lot of sighing and dirty looks to the older gentleman, all of this was while I was still sitting in the car. It was supremely uncomfortable. I lost track of how many times I apologized because I caused drama, but I should not have been the one apologizing! I have a really tough skin and it takes A LOT to get to me, I have never been made to feel so small and like I was an inconvenience before in my life. The whole situation was awful. read more

I've had my cars detailed for 30 years. I've taken it everywhere; dealerships specialty shops and no one does a good job. Until I booked with Yvon's. Truly one of the best detailing jobs I've ever had done. I am a perfectionist and they went way beyond my expectations, paid attention to every detail, made sure everything was spotlessly clean. Beautiful wax job and very reasonably priced. Whoever is in their detailing shop doing this type of quality work deserves a raise. There is no better place in Maine. Hands down. read more

we went there 7:30 am on 5/3/2021 for my appointment. the guy with The white beard, older in his 50s or 60s approached me as I was getting my stuff out of my car. He started swearing and all and complaining about how the car was not clean. I mean I brought the car to be cleaned isnt that what they do there? I told him not to swear at me but he came to my face yelling and spitting on my face especially during COVID-19 would have knocked his teeth of if I wasn't a law obeying individual. they need to let that guy go. very disrespectful and zero customer services. me and Freind both felt his actions was racially motivatEd. we took our car back because I cannot trust that guy with my car for a whole day. read more

I went Wednesday aftReno on and paid 55.00 for inside and out cleaning, will not go back, the inside was still dirty and looked awful you could see where it was sprayed and streaks all thru my dash and doors. the outside was ok I was there about twenty minutes. Absolutely amazing service! They made a huge effort to fit me in last minute. When I got my car back, the inside looked as clean as it did when I first bought it! I smoke in my car, and it no longer smelled like smoke. I also have a dog who travels with me, and there was no evidence of her left in my car. Absolutely worth the money. Would of recieved a 5 star rating but the owner doesnt seem to care about customer service! The older gentelman with glasses that checks you in at the lewiston location is always miserable! I gave him a hundred for the works, he proceeded to give a childish sigh, mummble and talk under his breath! Then he did the interior driver side and purposefully didnt wipe down the door window buttons and left them soaked with cleaner!Left the driver side seat up!would have reieved 5 stars everyone does a great job and is very pleasant, I think the older gentleman with the glasses needs an icecream cone! Very concerned lyft driver who comes her at least once a month sometimes more! if you have not heard of Yvon's Car was you can't say you are from Lewiston or Auburn. This wash is conveniently located on the Lewiston side of the North Bridge overlooking the Androscoggin River. The automatic car was has been there for decades and I am happy every time I use them. They are one of the few buildings still standing in that neighborhood because all the others have been knocked down and turned into a parking lot, garage or hotel. They have several options for washes as well as in their detail shop. Check their website for all services available but they are reasonably priced. read more

I bought my car new in 2015. It had beige seats that looked like a hot mess immediately. My 2 small dogs helped. Finally said I'm getting it detailed. I've never written a review on Yelp, but avoid this place at all costs. I paid for the $45 package which seemed pricey for a wash, vacuum and tire shine. Bit that's not the point. When one of the crew was wiping my inside windshield he disconnected the cone like cowl that covers the small metal rod that connects the windshield to the mirror. It was an accident, I understand. 4 guys couldn't figure it out. They wanted to send me to a dealership. I didn't have time. It's also important to note that did a horrible job on the wash. The car was still dripping wet, areas that needed a Little elbow grease to remove road grime weren't touched. Concerning the "broken " piece, I was directed by Jessica, the bookkeeper, to call Heidi Pelllerin, who is, I believe, one of the owners. As I told the staff and Jessica, that the equitable solution would be to take it to my mechanic and have them reimburse me for the cost of repair. I called Ms. Pellerin to explain the situation and my position. Note it Important to add that I never raised my voice or acted in a hostile manner, though I was quite frustrated. I asked for a return call from Ms. Pellerin and it never came . My wife was able to put the piece back in 5 minutes btw. I accept that situations like this arrive, but I find it unacceptable that I didn't get a return call back. The quality of the wash is substandard, really expensive and the commitment to service and providing a Positive customer experience is nowhere to be found. I strongly suggest you find more responsible and Professinal options to get your car cleaned. read more

For car washes in the area, this might be the best you can get. I have been here two time now. Both times I did "The Works" service, which is a basic interior and exterior cleaning. Price: For the service I did, its on the more expensive side. Today the price was higher than the first time I went, went from $31 to $45. Experience: Not the friendly of staff. When you first arrive, it's less of a nice greeting and more like "what do you need?". So basically you aren't coming here to see a happy staff. read more

Best car wash in the area HANDS DOWN!! I get their monthly unlimited Deluxe wash. It's $35. a month and it pays for itself in just 2 washes if you get their "Works" wash twice. And having a black car I can say I'm constantly going to wash it! I've gone twice in one day even. Unlimited! Includes tire shine, and they'd even vacuum the inside & clean the inside windows too. They even HAND DRY YOUR CAR AFTER GOING THROUGH THE CAR WASH SO IT IS COMPLETELY DRY. Employees are all very nice and always do a great job. I'd not go anywhere else!! read more

The car wash itself works well enough, and leaves the car looking nice, but Yvon's Supersonic Car Wash loses four stars simply for their rude employees. Each time my mother visits Yvon's, the male employee who sprays down the cars before the wash always complains that she drives into the car wash "too quickly". She slowed down, and now he complains that she moves "too slowly". This happens every single time we visit Yvon's. My mother pays a lot for the monthly service, and goes often. We might have to cancel if we continue to get picked on by the same employee who has a ridiculous power trip. read more

Don't come here if you're in a hurry. "The Works," interior and exterior cleaning, took nearly 40 minutes. The crew doing the interior work showed no sign of hustle. One of them even stopped for a chat with another client leaving our car half complete. Tip: the start of the line is by the gas pumps. What looks likes like the line for the fueling station, is in fact both for the wash and the gas. read more
