Instead, they reviewed photos and immediately denied responsibility, even suggesting the damage happened elsewhere--despite the fact that I have a membership at their location. This is not a professional way to handle a claim. After reviewing the images, a reasonable next step would have been to invite me to their office to examine the damage directly, but that did not happen. I provided screenshots from a video clearly showing scratches, yet they continue to deny responsibility without offering any in-person assessment. They are relying on video footage taken from far away, on a wet surface, which barely shows the scratches. Anyone with basic understanding would know that wet surfaces and distance obscure fine details like brush or scratch marks--these are only visible up close. I requested an address to bring my car in and show the damage in person, but they have not provided that either. At this point, the issue is not only the damage to my vehicle, but also how dismissively and irresponsibly my claim has been handled.

The bad: this is not a brushless car wash, and we knew that going in. But we did not expect the brushes to manhandle our side mirrors, which we had tucked in for the wash. When we got home we noticed one of the four caps on our roof racks was missing. We have ordered replacements for $30. My husband tried to call the car wash and got an uncooperative robot. We will not return.

Water came up, but the selector for various modes did not work…read more Consequently there was no soap for the brush, just five dollars spent for a seven minute rinse of my car. Went to the office and told the attendant I had just spent five dollars for a rinse job, nothing worked properly in the bay. He just reached into the till and handed me a five dollar bill while remarking "Sounds about right." I said it sounds like you don't intend to fix this, and he replied "You got it." I suggested he perform a nearly impossible act on himself, took the five, and walked out of the office. He followed me out challenging me to a fight. He looked to be in his 20's or early 30's and about 6' tall. I'm 78. Takes real courage to fight an old man. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The black trim was oxidized and splotchy and Owen cleaned it to a nice black matte once again. There were a couple of areas that were overlooked and not wiped down, like the glove compartment, the interior trim under the doors and and the drivers' side interior windshield had splatters on it from the dash cleaner but those few things were easily cleaned off. These were small things and the overall job was very well done, especially the dash detail work and the carpeting/mats and we really appreciated his high quality work on our vehicle. The detailing tab specifically describes bringing shine back to exterior paint job. When dropping off the car, we looked for a more through description of the service, but could not find anything. When picking up the car, we could see that the interior was clean. However, the surfaces were rather dull with no luster. Additionally, it was obvious that the exterior had been wiped down but had not been waxed as expected. Maybe the problem is with our expectations, but for the hefty price tag we definitely expected more.

Writing on behalf of my mother…read more A very unfortunate incident with a 4x4 post just below the sight line of the car left the two doors on the passenger side of her car badly dented and scraped up. The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat. Go visit them and let them know what you need. They will tell you the truth and do good work for fair prices. TL;DR: Autosy Auto Spa is awesome!
