I filed a complaint via email and also contacted this business through Facebook. At no point was I instructed to come in for an in-person inspection of the damage. Instead, they reviewed photos and immediately denied responsibility, even suggesting the damage happened elsewhere--despite the fact that I have a membership at their location. This is not a professional way to handle a claim. After reviewing the images, a reasonable next step would have been to invite me to their office to examine the damage directly, but that did not happen. I provided screenshots from a video clearly showing scratches, yet they continue to deny responsibility without offering any in-person assessment. They are relying on video footage taken from far away, on a wet surface, which barely shows the scratches. Anyone with basic understanding would know that wet surfaces and distance obscure fine details like brush or scratch marks--these are only visible up close. I requested an address to bring my car in and show the damage in person, but they have not provided that either. At this point, the issue is not only the damage to my vehicle, but also how dismissively and irresponsibly my claim has been handled. read more

First, the good. Wonderfully kind and friendly cashier. Hard working energetic young man doing pre-spray. They are completely responsible for this not being a 1-star review. The bad: this is not a brushless car wash, and we knew that going in. But we did not expect the brushes to manhandle our side mirrors, which we had tucked in for the wash. The first brushes beat them forward, beyond the normal position. The second beat them all the way back, roughly, violently. When we got home we noticed one of the four caps on our roof racks was missing. We have ordered replacements for $30. My husband tried to call the car wash and got an uncooperative robot. Staff is friendly & helpful, which is impressive given the physical work...and in freezing temps in the winter. It's because of people like Shaps who always greets us w/ a smile that we signed up for the monthly membership. It's a great value to be able to get all the sand & dirt off our car whenever we want. Friendly and efficient solid equipment. This is a great place for a car wash. (The kids will love it there's colored foam.). I took advantage of the free vacuum and then proceeded to pay for the car wash. There was a wonderful lady in the booth who was friendly and helpful and the price was on par for a wash and under wash and wheel shine. Definitely the best car wash around! My car gets clean every time, I've never had any damage, and the people are always nice and helpful. Sometimes a few of the vacuums don't work, but there is always at least one or two that work well. Either way, I appreciate the free vacuums and trash cans.
