Customer service unresponsive. They make it nearly impossible to return anything. Photos of items are misleading. I thought they sold exclusive items. I saw the same items for less at other stores. I now have to try to sell brand new items on marketplace because they are not helpful at all. Unless you see this stuff IN person. Do not buy online. read more

Well once again Z Gallerie shows their true colors. After receiving a heartfelt apology from management after my recent bad experience, I gave them another chance. I ordered a wedding gift for a friend two weeks ago and happened to look today for tracking and noticed the order was cancelled. I contacted customer service (after being on hold 20 minutes) to be told that we're sorry but due to inventory control the order was cancelled. I asked why I wasn't notified and she actually said, we don't notify the customer. Please make me understand their logic!!! They are the worst!!!!! read more

I can't speak for all locations, but in Naples, the customer service is infuriating! I think there may be one woman who is friendly- the rest are consistently RUDE and miserable. I love everything in the store, and yet every time i walk out i promise i will never shop there again. I've been ordering online to avoid the terrible staff, but today i had to go in for an 'in-store only' sale. The manager, who acts completely annoyed to assist customers, was also disrespectful and condescending to his employee right in front of me, making him look like an even bigger jerk! With leadership like that, it's no wonder the rest of the staff is grumpy :) Also worth noting, order online to avoid the miserable staff- and be prepared to wait forever... terrible shipping/processing times. read more

I love Z Gallerie just not at this location - their customer service is horrible. Stay clear from this location in Naples - too bad it is a beautiful location. Not friendly and frankly very rude! Love this store and everything it has but the customer service completely sucks for such a high end customer based business. I bought a 1700 bed frame and it was poorly assembled. Then I ordered a console which is on eternal back order. No call backs. No communication. Rude when you call them inquiring. Then they finally tell me they can't come fix the bed for two weeks. I love Z Gallerie but in Naples the staff members are horrible. They are unfriendly and do not care about their clients. I was a retail manager for many years and coming from the Industry this store needs an entire new staff. The attitudes of the rest of the staff starts at the top. The management in this location unresponsive and it is such a shame. The store is beautiful and well kept too bad their attitudes do not match the store. There is more to running a store than how it looks. Its called customer service! I only gave it two stars because I love the merchandise. read more

Horrific customer service, ordered item online, it showed in stock in local store ready to be pick up. Went to store to pick up the item only to find out the item was out of stock. Never bother to call or email to notify about out of stock. Store manager was not friendly, and even argued that they never send email that the item is ready to be pick up? The staff at THIS location rocks! I am furnishing a brand new home and they catered to me red carpet style (I would expect it anyway after spending $3,500 in one day there) but they did things that they didn't have to. Crista, Devon And Kevin manager/s were super professional and sweet! They rolled out the chaise into the outside sun! This is such an attractive store, and the staff are great. But everything we have bought there has been defective. We bought an expensive chaise langue. Barely used to date, the stitching is already coming apart. That's nearly $1,000 down the drain. We bought a series of floor lights and table lamps. Had to take them all back. In fairness, some of them were able to be replaced, and the replacements are working. Look here, talk to the staff, and go buy someplace else. read more

I have always loved Z Gallerie, but I just tried to order a pair of sconces and they wanted to charge $21 delivery for a 3-4 week delivery time???? I called and they said I'd have to call the store to order not to pay the shipping cost and my order would ship to the store. Sounds okay! Well I called the store and some lady said they were too busy to deal with it so I'd have to call later. After 2 attempts, I spoke to someone and gave them all the information. Then she says we will need to call you back with a reservation number for you to order it on line???? Two hours later I get a call and they give me the number so I go back and input it and get several errors. I call back and now get another person since the person I spoke to is busy and they say you have to wait till the next day for it to go through????? WTF???? I've ordered on line from many companies and it's never been this complicated!!!! I guess they don't need the business or don't value customers since this is the worst customer service!!!! Deliver takes weeks and weeks if the item has to be ordered. It has to be shipped from California and the company they use to deliver their products up in Tampa is horrible. You have to call them again and again to get the delivery set up. Agree with Richard M, that the merchandise is too expensive for the inferior quality. The knob fell off a cabinet the first time I tried to open the drawer. Basically, things look good but you can find better quality elsewhere. read more

Poor service!! Staff not educated about product and did not know how to order the product. Other assistants too busy chatting to each other instead of helping their colleagues.The store does not carry swatches and I ordered the swatch on line and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the swatch. Asked for additional information on fabric and the staff promised to call me the following day and over a week later I am still waiting for a call. If I could have found the product elsewhere, I would not have ordered it from this store. read more

The worst customer service! My husband bought me a gift card for our anniversary with the exact amount of money on it plus taxes and shipping for a coffee table I had desired. He was told by 2 manager that the full amount was on the card and not a dollar more would I need to spend and that it would be sent to the store and he could pick it up. When I called to place the order with the Naples Z Gallery, they told me it couldn't be delivered to store as promised and that I had to pay additional 95.00 for shipping. I was furious since they lied to us. I was passed to a Manager who told me to go online, order it, and the Naples store will mail me a gift card with the cost of shipping on it. It was a fair deal, so I proceeded even asking again are they sure I should do this. A month has gone by, no gift card with credit has been received. I have followed up, have spoken to multiple managers, been spoken to terribly, been given the run around and now they will not send me a gift card with credit as promised and told me since it is ordered through the Internet to take it up with customer service. I reminded them that they re the ones who made the mistake and they are the one who instructed me with the order, they said they don't care, not their problem and to deal with it. They are awful, they are misleading and a complete mess to deal with. I love their items but refuse to shop at this Naples store ever again! If I could give 0 stars I would. read more
