It was pretty gross. Then we noticed that the Rug had been damaged, the colors were faded throughout and it looked bleached on the edged and faded throughout the rug. We noticed the same thing on both Rugs! We were very upset. The rugs were not cheap and now they are ruined. We called to complain; left several messages but no one answered nor returned our call. Now we have two damaged rugs one of which I put outside in the Lanai and still trying to figure out what to do with the other rug.
