It was way less than the quote from the other broker I called. The car I desired ended up being wholesaled by the dealer so I didn't end up using his services but wanted to leave a good review because I really appreciate his time and vast knowledge on buying a vehicle.

So, let's begin, I saw a car on CarGurus and really liked it. I decided to check it out at the dealership and noticed it wasn't a big box dealer but a small business dealer. I really liked this car so I thought I'd check it out anyway. Upon arriving I saw the car in the parking lot talked with Moises and took the car for a test spin. I honestly hate when a dealer has to go with Ya for you really don't get to check the car out in detail as you like. However, it was a nice ride. So, after we took it for a ride, I decided I wanted it. So, I filled out paper work and had to wait Before I left, he said don't worry these keys are yours. First mistake never make a statement like that to get peoples hopes up which I did and then the letdown. I was denied! I was shocked being that my car I bought 5 yrs. ago was almost paid off and my credit was in mid 700's and low cc bills. So, I was very disappointed. However, in a few days I received an email from CarGurus about selling my car online and they offered me $5925 for it and I was shocked. So, the dealer only wanted to give me $700 for my car so I snatched it up and called Moises back to see if car was avail and it was. I told him the good news and we set up a time for me to come and purchase the car. Ok so here it begins, the nightmare! So, they work with a bank online and I practically had a script of what I had to say in order for the deal to go through. This was my first ummm moment. I gave the dealer $3500 as a down payment on a $9000 car. I had to wait to be approved by this online bank so I had to wait again. So, I left and when I got the call from the bank, they told me they could only finance me a little over the $7000 mark. So that left an amount that I would then have to pay again on top of the $3500 i already gave. I was upset because I was told this was a done deal with no issues. So, I agreed to it with the understanding with the dealer I could pay it in installments and he was like oh sure we work with Ya. So, I went to pick up the car of which I told him I would be there at 9am when he opens and he was 45 min late. I had to then wait for the battery to be jumped which was told to me because it had been sitting for a while. Finally, we were set. I left the dealership and realized NO GAS! Really it was on E. I had to fill her up, the car wasn't washed or cleaned either. Something I am used to having done when I buy a car. I got home and the battery died! I called the dealer and they said they would get someone to help me out. Well, I tried to jump it only to see that this battery should have never left the dealership. It was so corroded no wonder why I had an issue. So, the car windows were open and a dead battery and now it's raining. We waited all day long and nobody came. After numerous calls he personally came after he closed the dealership at closing time to come and replace the battery. I then was in the process of moving only to never get my registration, he never took pic of old plate that was transferred so I have been waiting for it and then he tells me I need to take pic to send to him so he can send registration. Really? So, I had been waiting all this time for nothing and now the paper tag is only a mere two days away from expiring and now I can't drive the car. Then I was given the message of having to pay 50% of what I owed and then in two weeks another payment. I was like we discussed this and I was told I could have time to pay off the extra that he failed to add that I was going to have two payments on this one car. It's been very upsetting. I then had an oil change because I was getting ready to move and luckily, I did because it was dry no oil which cost me over $135, then the wind shield washer sprayer failed to work and now the check engine light is on! Now I was told my sticker for the expired plate was being held ransom until they got the payment before they would mail it out. Seriously! I have never in all my life experienced this If you plan on buying here check everything out!!!!!!!!! Everything all the nuts and bolts for they are just selling cars and don't care about those customers that are left stranded due to their ignorance! I for one will never buy a car here again. Worst experience I have ever had and I have bought numerous cars in my past! Oh, and the pic with the dealer I never received. I also was told due to our inconvenience I would receive a gift certificate due to the issues, needless to say I NEVER RECEIVED ONE! Lies, lies, lies just to sell a car. Just another used car sales man. Go with a better dealer! Don't get pulled in by his niceness and were here to help you attitude and not like other dealer crap, they are all the same- SUCKER PUNCHED here! I was so ready to give a good review until all this happened and was let down

Give him 5 for not pressuring us or making us feel uncomfortable like other sales people do at the time of purchasing. The only concern was that they called asking for you to do a survey and upon completion and submission he was notified stating we gave him a negative review. I frown upon that, I really do think that he deserves credit for staying late with us and making sure we got taken care of before leaving the dealer lot. And would hope his upper management see this and realizes they need to correct and give him the credit he deserves. Hoping this doesn't continue to happen as this makes valuable employees and the dealer look bad to the public.
