Bryan did an amazing job salvaging the old trim and managed to modify and cut the existing trim to maintain the look and feel of the old house. Bryan worked extra hard all day and is proud of his craft. I worked in construction myself and I'm amazed on how he was able to be creative and fix the issues that came up. His trim work was impressive as it's going to make my life easier when I finish paint and put wood filer at the joints. I knew Bryan was good when I noticed where he placed the caulk joint. He specifically didn't caulk the underside joints beneath the flashing on top of the door to allow water to escape. I appreciate all the details and his hard work.
