They were so kind, fit me right in and even gave me a loaner. I was on the road only a couple hours behind schedule. My only reason for 4 starts is they didn't have the right equipment to fix the alignment on my car (a Volvo) but I get not all shops will have those systems. I was able to safely get back to Omaha then take my car to a shop here to have everything taken care of. They were really helpful and I would recommend!

Many years have gone by & nothing has changed about the unprofessionalism I found again at Heartland Tire. From the lack of enthusiasm & bad customer service that came from the two guys at the front counter, to the lack of knowledge & lack of thoroughness to do the repair successfully from the mechanics out in the shop. Two of the employees even tried blaming their mistakes on me. So again, my visit at Heartland Tire was very disappointing for many different reasons & I think this is why the new Les Schwab Tire Center is opening up here in New Ulm Minnesota because people are fed up with Heartland Tire's unprofessional service. Last but not least there wasn't even coffee in the waiting area for customers to enjoy if they wanted to & there weren't even water cups in the water machines cup dispenser for customers to drink water while they waited. There are many different reasons I have & I can go into further detail about all of them but I don't have time. I will no longer take my vehicle or any of my family members vehicles to Heartland Tire in New Ulm Minnesota because of their incompetence & outrageously high prices considering the job they do. I will also suggest to everyone else that I know to take their business elsewhere because I cannot trust my vehicle in the hands of people who act like that, no way! Trust me on this, because I have been working on cars, trucks, jeeps, and motorcycles for 26 years now, from California to Minnesota, so I have seen it all in my lifetime, so I know what I am talking about when I say to stay clear & avoid Heartland Tire here in New Ulm Minnesota. The only reason people kept taking their vehicles to Heartland Tire is because they were forced to because Heartland was the only place in town to go to BUT NOT ANYMORE! Les Schwab Tire is coming soon to New Ulm Minnesota, thank God, so hopefully they can do a better job than Heartland because it's been long over due because we all have been putting up with Heartland Tires incompetence for to many years here in New Ulm Minnesota.

Short story is he had bad tires and batteries the quote from the wheel chair repair store was over 2500.00 dollars. He also provided an explanation of what the issue was in terms I could understand and to help me be knowledgeable when reaching out to other places to get a fix.
