First time here. They had a great selection-which I previewed online also and was pleased they were well stocked. Everyone was friendly. After paying to be a member for over a yr, tonight i had an issue with the app i usually pre order and pick up...i got in a line to ask why my app is not updating my regular stuff such as my coupons etc. and asked for what i usually get my free item which is only in the coupon section which is no where to be found right now... the asshole behind the counter telling me i am correct they are having an issue as he walked to get my item yells out in front of the entire store "your in the wrong line just so you know that line is for preorders" buddy all i do is pre orders every week so go fuck yourself, is what i said in my mind but i chose to be civil and not respond. stop hiring assholes hire some people with class. Always supported zahara but lately the workers seem to take their job a little too serious. Most of the time when they mess the deals up they usually give it to me regardless because it's a miscommunication between the app and their computers but in the end I suffered and had to spend full price and was told I have no deals to use when I only went one time and didn't use everything. The budtender was a bigger guy with a beard that always wears his hat backwards he literally made me pay the price for their mistake on not knowing what deals I have and then went based on my app when his computer was telling him I already used it and I didn't. At the end of the day I'm canceling my emerald membership don't get it it's a scam and waste of time they never know what deals you have or not and if you don't have them they will make you pay full price and not compensate. I have been a customer of Zahara since they opened because they generally have great deals. Today I wanted to try Tower 3 and ordered the Dosidos for $55, premium priced. The budtender did not show me the packaging before purchase. When I got to my car I noticed it was tested September 2022, and when opened it was dry as dust. I immediately went back inside and explained I wanted an exchange, I was asked if I had opened it already and I said yes and was told all sales were final. I will never be back. I know they don't care, other chumps will continue to give them money for boof weed, but they lost me for good. read more
