Always supported zahara but lately the workers seem to take their job a little too serious. Most of the time when they mess the deals up they usually give it to me regardless because it's a miscommunication between the app and their computers but in the end I suffered and had to spend full price and was told I have no deals to use when I only went one time and didn't use everything. The budtender was a bigger guy with a beard that always wears his hat backwards he literally made me pay the price for their mistake on not knowing what deals I have and then went based on my app when his computer was telling him I already used it and I didn't. At the end of the day I'm canceling my emerald membership don't get it it's a scam and waste of time they never know what deals you have or not and if you don't have them they will make you pay full price and not compensate. I have been a customer of Zahara since they opened because they generally have great deals. Today I wanted to try Tower 3 and ordered the Dosidos for $55, premium priced. The budtender did not show me the packaging before purchase. When I got to my car I noticed it was tested September 2022, and when opened it was dry as dust. I immediately went back inside and explained I wanted an exchange, I was asked if I had opened it already and I said yes and was told all sales were final. I will never be back. I know they don't care, other chumps will continue to give them money for boof weed, but they lost me for good. read more
