I really like this store because of the selection they offer. They have the beers, raw papers,…read moreincense, refrigerated drinks, and candy I like. Instead of going to many different stores searching for what I want I can find it all in one place. To be honest, if I read these reviews already here before I went I might not have gone but I have had none of the problems others have listed. The customer service is always nice and they are helpful. The receipts do say sales are final and I honestly do not expect them to know every detail about every item in the store, especially if they have not used it before. They have a lot of different items in such a small place it's easy to miss something so take your time looking. The employees are very transparent, they let me know that if you break a glass piece you can get another one at 50% off. They also warned me about the pricing on the Japanese food/ candy. It is priced very high and don't just hope you don't notice the price. They also have a cigar section with, again many options. I'd like to believe they have something for everyone because I have yet to not find what I was looking for.

For those of you not familiar with the term "silent party", it's a party where you're given headphones and that's how you listen to the music. My friends and I were some of the first to arrive, so we turned in our ID's and got our headphones. It was about 10. We went to the bar to get a few drinks and they did not disappoint. The drinks were just strong enough. They also had a few games to play at the bar, so I beat my cousin in Connect 4 a few times. Lol The crowd started to come in about 30 minutes later. I took off my headphone between songs and at first it was a little awkward because you hear people singing, but there was no melody playing. This silent party had 3 dj's so you could switch if you didn't like the song. Each dj brought the heat and it was the most fun that I've had in a long time. Just imagine you singing in your car or in the mirror, that's how I felt at the silent party. I cannot hold a tune, but I was singing my heart out to each song that I knew.

I actually signed up for Yelp just to give this place a less than one star review (I wish that were…read morepossible). We showed up after the posted opening time of 6 PM and opened the unlocked door only to be greeted with a very rude "we're closed" from a group of people sitting around an already lit hookah. I asked when they were open and they stated 7 PM. I mentioned the posted open time but wasn't too worried. We went and got a beer to wait out the hour and came back at 7:10 only to find the door now locked and the same group of people having not moved around the still lit hookah. Obviously the people working on Wednesday July 14th were more concerned about consuming their own product than serving customers who came back twice. If hours are different then make the appropriate changes vs having customers find ways to fill the time in between. Additionally, if you're going to say you open at another time, be open and don't be lazy still sitting talking while customers would like to enjoy your business.
