After having a terrible experience at the beauty salon where I first had my lip blush done, She took the time to reassure me and explain the process, which really helped ease my anxiety. She started by applying numbing cream, and I could really feel that it was effective. There was a cold and slightly heavy sensation on my lips, which reassured me that it was working. During the procedure, I was still able to feel discomfort (about 3/10) , but it was well within a manageable level and nowhere near as uncomfortable as my previous experience. Carol was gentle, patient, and checked in with me often to make sure I was okay. I'm so happy with how everything turned out and so grateful I found Carol. If you're nervous about PMU or had a bad experience before like I did, I highly recommend her. She truly cares about her clients and their comfort.

But Samira reassured me that they'd look like what I showed from my personal photos lol. Tattooing was super easy, not painful at all compared to my actual tattoos. It just feels like a light scratch, like if you accidentally rubbed against the edge of a plastic soda cup lid (??? IDK how to describe this pain level lmao I hope this helps anyone out there) The first follow-up after a few weeks was a part of the initial payment, which focused on filling in any parts where any ink may have fallen out or healed incorrectly. She is located downtown Orinda in an alley with restaurants and stores. Her shop is super cute and very clean inside. Janell has a nice personality. We had a great conversation about life and family. Janell will apply a numbing cream on your eyes for about 10-15 minutes. The procedure doesn't hurt. You'll feel a tickling or itchy sensation. Janell takes many breaks in between tattooing so it gives you some relief between the session. I am pleased with my results and I am happy I no longer have to draw my brows and eye liner. Stalking her work as far back as I could find. Checking every possible feed. The more I saw the more confident I became in Suli and her work. I knew I wanted the procedure but I was still reluctant to take the plunge(I'm a person who gets nervous before a facial. So there's that). We made contact and Suli went over everything. All the questions I had were answered before I'd even asked. I made an appointment for treatment and Suli was very accommodating to my need for an after hours appointment. At the appointment for treatment Suli walked me through the process step by step. Taking great time in explaining and educating. Nothing felt rushed. The set-up was very professional, clean and comfortable. The plasma lift treatment was completely painless. Thank you topical anesthetic. I dozed off listening to my audio book. After treatment we went over after care one more time and I left with a post care treatment bag. In it all the goodies needed for healing. I had the treatment done on Thursday and today is Monday and the healing has been just as Suli described it would be. The swelling being the worst part for me so far. I will post again with before and after pictures when I've healed. I couldn't have hoped for better service or care. The name Flawless Symmetry couldn't be better suited because her work is flawless and the symmetry of it is perfection.
