Oh Laskers, how I love thee!…read more Hubby has been getting his nice watches here since before I knew him 10 years ago and was the obvious place to get my engagement ring. We met with Nicole to look at diamonds, shapes, settings, etc. it was a really fun experience and I knew that since she met me and heard what I was looking for that I would love whatever hubby proposed with. A few months later he proposed with a beautiful ring! We then went back in to pick out my two and his one wedding band. I also fell in love with a diamond necklace he ended up getting me for my wedding day gift. We got both of our mothers a set of jewelry that matched their personalities here. The customer service is divine. Now, 5 years later, we actually upgraded my ring and designed a new one. We kept my engagement setting and Nicole was able to put a pink stone in it and I now wear it on my right hand which I love! I just referred my brother who is proposing this holiday season to use them since we've had such an amazing experience. This will always be our go to jeweler. They can customize anything, are wonderful to work with, and good at helping hubbies with gift ideas :) Thanks Laskers for all the nice jewelry I own!! Can't wait to visit again and get my "love it" list going again :)

Each time, I started with, "I'm just looking to get some ideas," or "I need to leave in 15 minutes, but wanted to stop by." Frequently, I said thank you that's all I needed for now and was ignored. Every time, they tried to get me to buy a ring or a watch immediately. "Oh, we're having a sale today, and it's a really good price on this ring." Every item I seemed interested in was praised as a great for this reason or that. While I looked, they would blabber about how great that brand was. They may have been right, but I felt like it was only said to persuade me. Frequently, I said, "I need to be somewhere and have to go," and they never listened. They often responded by having me hold the ring while they pulled out a catalog of other options or while they offered to check diamond prices on their computer. They always wanted to get my information or give me theirs no matter how much I said I would be back (which I meant) and that I needed to leave. Well, I guess I won't be going back anymore. Each experience was the high-pressure nightmare we hear about jewelry stores. They never respected me or my time. They were not concerned about me finding the right ring, watch, etc. They weren't interested in what I wanted if it didn't sell something that day.

I have CPTSD from all four forms of abuse which automatically disqualifies me from having any kind of legitimate "gifts" I guess. Terrible service, support and customer care. There are a few stairs to get in, I think there is a ramp but I did not see one for sure. There was a hand sanitizer and the owner was wearing a mask. Wonderful. Thank you! I dont know t too much of this kind of stuff so basically , I'm a tourist with these sorts of things but I feel the staff I was with on both visits were very welcoming and open to questions . First visit I got some nice soaps with different properties and a really nice face mask for my wife that was locally made. Second time my wife came and she got a sticker for a fun tray I've been working in and a sacred feather and smudging sage. Such a warm and inviting place. We were welcomed right away both times and were a little older , and we were treated with kindness and respect. They have all manner of "new age" alternative goods. Crystals, sage, jewelry, Wiccan good, decor , local craft. Soaps . Incense. Ceremonial goods. Just beautiful things. I say check it out. Support local and support alternative.
