It was super easy to make my appointment and pick out my desired level of tinting. I went with the XPEL XR film because I wanted thermal and UV reduction. Scheduling was SUPER easy - I did it in my vehicle's app, but they confirmed it all via text message within 15 minutes. On the day of my appointment, everything went super smoothly - these folks know what they are doing and they understand customers' expectations... I arrived a little early, and the gentleman at the desk greeted me warmly. He came out to my vehicle with me and went over the options. We agreed on the levels of tinting, and he then showed me their very comfortable and well-appointed waiting area. They have two super comfy couches, several desk cubbies if you want to get work done, and dedicated wi-fi for you. They are efficient, and get it all done efficiently and super well-done... So, if you're reading my loquacious post, you're probably asking yourself, "OK? So what?" Here's "what" - the job they did was amazing. No blemishes, bubbles, scratches, dings, or other issues. They explain how to best care for the EXPEL and how to let it set properly on the glass. Amazing. They were tinting a Porsche 911 Turbo S while I got my mere mortal vehicle done, so that shows how much folks trust this business - honestly, I would (and do) too. His quote was competitive and he was able to take my car in quickly. Other places wanted to replace the entire door but Mike was confident he would be able to fix the damage without having to do that. Of course, replacement is easier and more lucrative but Mike did an outstanding job doing true body work as opposed to parts swapping.
