The yep was really nice and overall I think he did a good job (the smell is a lot so I didn't get to really inspect yet) But before he left I pointed out that paint was removed from the walls. I took photos of the few that I could see before he sealed the room. When I called the company they said in the fine print there is a note that they are not responsible for any damage to the walls. I just had this bath redone so it's not an old paint issue! So now I'm going to pay $400 for a small bathtub to be reglazed and have to hire a painter to come out and smooth and repaint the walls. Needless to say shit customer service!!

We thought about replacing the entire unit as part of a bathroom remodel, but the cost was just too much. Instead, we found 24 Hour Bath on Yelp and reached out to them for help. Rhonda was super friendly, responsive, and patient as we worked through all the options, the process, the pricing, etc... and helped us schedule the work to be done within just a few days. We were so happy that the project would be completed before guests came to visit during the Christmas holidays. On the appointed day, Adrian arrived right on time and got straight to work. He was very friendly, very diligent, and went over and above to protect the cabinets, walls, and fixtures in the bathroom, as well as the carpet and floors outside the bathroom, from any damage or mess during the work. He spent basically a full work day with us one Day 1, and just a few hours wrapping the project up on the morning of Day 2. Adrian's work was amazing - well beyond our expectations. A brand new tub and wall tiles would not look better than what he was able to achieve. He even replaced the gross bathtub spout with a brand new one which I grabbed from Home Depot. There are cheaper companies out there. We took bids from some of them. But we felt really good about our dealings with Rhonda, and liked the before & after pictures on their website, so were willing to pay a bit more for the work, and we are very glad we did. I hired Sureshine to clean and reseal my granite vanity top and to clean and seal the grout and…read moretiles in my shower and bathroom floor and repairs a few small places on the bathroom floor grout. The granite turned out beautiful but the grout/caulk had to be redone because the gal used the wrong color. The shower and bathroom floor turned into a huge fiasco. This area was supposed to be cleaned and only repair to the grout. Antonella re-grouted (maybe it is caulking - I don't know) my bathroom floor in brown it was supposed to be grey. Then she grouted over parts of my shower in brown and left other parts grey (in her defense it was hard to differentiate when it was wet) but it did not need grouting only cleaning and it was the wrong color which was very obvious when it dried. Then she told me I could get the caulking wet for 4 days when I was originally told 24 hours (I have 1 bathroom). Within 24 hours the grout on the bathroom floor started crumbling in places -cI was told it was because I stepped on the bathroom tiles when I used the toilet, however it also crumbled in areas where the tiles were not stepped on (BTW I weigh 126lbs). Anyway, I contacted April at the office she had Izzy call me he came out and made sure things were grouted throughout and he was very apologetic and kind. This cost me $700 + $200 for the granite. My bathroom is super small -it is a toilet and a tub/shower...the vanity is in a separate room. I feel like I could have done a better job DIY'ing it for a lot less money. If you have granite I recommend this company. For anything else - I say go somewhere else. Also, do not trust what is written up at the sale, go over every detail with the person actually doing the work and don't leave the room - micro-manage the job - otherwise you might get my results. I attached photos. Take a look. I'm giving a 3 rating because the company responded quickly to my concern and Izzy came out and did his best to rectify the original poor workmanship - but be aware of the ethical standards some employees may have relating to their workmanship. I will not hire this company in the future - I would replace over repair.
