I don't understand why more people don't talk about reglazing tile. It was a fluke that I even heard about it. I'm thrilled I did and that I found this business. Glen is an excellent communicator and was a pleasure to work with. He helped me figure out what projects we wanted to do and sent me videos and picture and walked me through the whole process. The price was reasonable, scheduling was easy, and the crew was efficient. Kevin, the one who did the glazing, was perfectly perfectionistic. He wasn't happy with the coverage at our agreed on number of coats and applied an additional coat at no extra charge. There were some areas of paint overspray, and he came back immediately and removed all trace. About 6 months after getting it done, our teenage daughter gouged a small chip out with a fork (I have no clue what in the world she was trying to do). I called to ask what I could use to fill it, and Glen offered to come by and fill in the hole when they were next in our area. Our kitchen looks amazing 10 months later, and I imagine it will continue looking great for years to come. read more

Our kitchen sink looked quite bad and our master bathroom sinks were also in pretty bad shape. One had a hairline crack that had to be sealed, but the sealant didn't match the bowl color. I contacted Glen on Monday and asked him if he could glaze my kitchen sink and two master bathroom sinks by Wednesday and he did it! Not only did he do it, but the results are amazing and very satisfying! He and his colleague showed up on time, they had great attitudes and were very kind and professional. They gave me an estimated completion time and then finished a bit sooner than that. Finally, the odor or fumes from the glazing job were not bad at all as Glen has great ventilation techniques.
