Secondly, she has polite staff that greets all customers that come in. It's very helpful that they are bilingual in both English and Spanish. This office is very poorly ran. The team isn't very helpful and a bit standoffish. I'm all for supporting a local business, women owned business, minority owned business... However, the level of courtesy and professionalism must be present. This business has a lack there of. Martha and her staff should practice customer service to please the clientele. On immigration, but this woman is so rude, I don't know how she gets any custumers at all, she had a lady ahed of me and she was treating her so rude that I immediately knew what kind of treatment I was gonna receive, as someone who worked on custumer service, this is not how you treat people, you can be direct but polite and respectful at the same time, is not like you are getting any service for free, awful service read more

If you want to be treated with respect, don't come here. Lousy lousy lousy! If you like getting greeted rudely then this is the place to go. I made an appointment online to get a livescan with this place and the woman looked at me as if I was stupid to think that an online appointment carried any weight there. I proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes without her giving me any instruction as to how I could expedite my time there. When she finally looked at my paper work she turned down my business because it was not yet filled out. Only when I finally transitioned from the naturally friendly posture I have been raised with to an annoyed posture did she actually appear apologetic. Well this just about sums it all up; I was treated terribly and did not even accomplish what I went it to do. I also wasted 45 minutes and the gas it took me to get there. Poor customer service both on phone and in person by Zamora. There's a lady there that is MUCH better, but since they lack customer service, and don't even introduce themself it's hard to rate them by name. The owner answers, "Hello", can't quote price on birth certificate translation, because claims she has to "see the one page document", doesn't make appointments, and when you show up she greets you saying," who are you here for". ?@!#??.
