The notary, Bobby, made sure that it was done right and when I had a document that he wasn't sure if notary would be accepted, he did what he could, wouldn't charge me for it so that it wouldn't be a paid notary that may not work. I appreciated that a lot from a local business and pretty much you made me have this place as my go to notary from now onwards because of the honest work they do. Getting documents notarized with a young kid is rough but what can you do when the kids if part of the reason a document needs to be notarized? Fear not, as Bobby was amazing - tried to engage my child playfully and even gave him some Pokémon cards just to keep him entertained while all the documents were worked on! Amazing!

I asked if he could place the delivery in the backyard--he refused. I then asked if he could move it just ten steps to my garage, and again he refused, saying it was not part of his job. When I called ODF to escalate, the representative, Louis, blocked me from speaking with a manager and insisted that I simply sign for the delivery. The paperwork I received wasn't even for my order--it listed Tesla batteries. The driver, Jessie Jimez, told me if I didn't sign, he would take the delivery away. Not trusting that my order would be properly handled if removed, I reluctantly told him to leave it where it was. When I raised my voice in frustration, the driver informed me that his supervisor, Brandon, was listening in on the phone but would not allow me to speak to him directly. This lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, as the driver walked away, I heard exactly what he called me under his breath. He may not have realized how well I hear, but it only confirmed the complete lack of respect and professionalism in this delivery. As a designer with over 25 years of experience, I have worked with many vendors and services, and I have never encountered this level of disregard. I came to this location simply to print two documents from my email. There were about three staff…read moremembers working, and not one person greeted me when I walked through the door. I asked if they had computers available that I could use to access my email and print my documents. No one bothered to tell me that some of the computers had printing issues and others had keyboard problems. Instead, I ended up logging into three different computers and paying a fee each time because no one provided that information upfront. Finally, when I asked one of the staff members for help, he told me I could email the documents to them and they could print them directly. That didn't work either. He then told me to send the documents to another email address so they could print them for me. What should have been a simple 10-minute task turned into a 30-minute ordeal because of poor communication and customer service. To make matters worse, I was charged almost $10 just to print two copies, which I found ridiculous. The biggest issue wasn't even the cost--it was the lack of basic customer service and communication. If someone had simply explained the computer and printing issues when I first asked, I could have avoided wasting my time and being charged multiple times. I will not be returning to this location.

Zero STARS... TRACKING NUMBER…read more286995696605 Poor customer service. Missing package. I Went to a FedEx location to ship a gift that needed to be there by Tuesday of this week. The FedEx clerk sold me their shipping and advise my package would be at the destination on Monday.   Today is Thursday going on Friday and my tracking number shows DELAYED with a new arrival date of ???? PENDING ?????. I called customer service and spoke with a FedEx agent who could barely speak the ENGLISH LANGUAGE.   I repeated myself 11 times before the agent understood that I knew how to read the FedEx app tracking information and that I was already getting TEXT MESSAGE updates on my phone.     I explained I needed NEW information and that I could read the tracking info on the application.  My package has not moved.  WHY?  The FedEx agent just kept reading the same tracking information to expecting a different outcome.  INSANITY !!!!! I asked for a supervisor.... I was put on hold and waited 1 Hour and 9 minutes before I was simply hung up on by the FEDEX AGENT. I sent 4 other packages with USPS AND 3 UPS.  All made it on time, as scheduled. No customer service or support!!!!
