I waited a day then called the office and asked to speak to the PA however, the PA was busy. 30 mins later some unknown person called me and told me the PA said there was no problem. When my grandmother passed, several nurses and aides attended her funeral. We visited my grandmother daily and we knew even when we were not there, shew as getting the best care. This was fully explained upon scheduling and a lengthy conversation was had regarding this with the woman who scheduled it. I was in the office yesterday to pick up his Barium Sulfate...which was given to him because he was having a ct scan WITH dye. I again had a lengthy conversation with the woman who scanned his slip into the computer which clearly noted he was having a ct scan WITH dye. She explained all directions regarding the use of the liquid since he was having a ct scan WITH dye. Also, when I picked up his liquids yesterday I was told the ct scan was not working. Someone arrived while I was there to repair it. They woman at the desk said they would call us later that evening to let us know if all was good and my husband could come for his appointment. They did not call. I had to call them and leave a message wondering what was going on. They called me this morning and confirmed that his appointment was on and the ct scan was working. So I'm assuming they would have to look in the computer at that point and observe he was scheduled for a ct scan WITH dye. When he arrived and checked in, he overhead the workers scrambling and discussing that he couldn't have his procedure done. They were very unprofessionally discussing it as if he wasn't even in the room. They finally, after 20 minutes, advised my husband that the person who scheduled listed it without dye and there was no doctor on site to administer the dye. They said he'd simply have to reschedule or go somewhere else. He asked where else could he go and they said they didn't know, MAYBE a hospital like Chester County. This is infuriating to say the least. My husband had to drink copious amounts of disgusting fluid. He had horrible cramping and diarrhea. He hadn't eaten since the night before. I feel he received terrible treatment and the staff acted very unprofessionally. We most certainly will NOT be rescheduling here, and I will be sure to let anyone know not to go there. I will be posting this review on Yelp and anywhere else I can. The fact is they had multiple conversations with me, confirmed multiple times, scanned his prescription, described how the procedure would work (WITH DYE) and then basically tells him too bad when he shows up. She's been practicing almost every day for months. People look a lot of places for inspiration, but sometimes it's those closest to you that provide the most. She can now walk in short distances, play the piano, hold her grandchildren, visit her home, and love us all the way she always has. We are all so proud of her and I will continue to appreciate every day we have with her in our lives. I hope she can inspire anyone, especially those living with Parkinson's Disease. A very big thank you to Bryn Mawr Terrace for believing her when other places wouldn't and having such a caring and supportive staff. Her next performance will be in May.

Haverford Rd., Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 I am a family member of a resident at Bryn Mawr Village Impressions Memory Care. Before, placing your loved one in this facility, you must commit to being there every day, as I am, to check on your loved one. The facility is understaffed, unsanitary, and unsafe. I've emailed and talked to the facility managers and staff several times but conditions have not improved. This is what I've seen and what you would be paying for: * Unexplained bruises on my resident's arms and fingers. Broken and decayed teeth due to nonexistent oral hygiene. My resident's gums were bleeding badly when I tried to brush his teeth. No one told me they were not brushing them so I assumed they were, which I've learned not to assume anything. I have brushed them every day since. * I've seen a resident fall twice in one hour. * The same resident being aggressive with the aids and nurses. * Another resident so upset by that aggression that the resident rambled on for an hour. * A resident asking to be taken to the bathroom but unable to go because the other residents in the room would be left unattended. * Three residents, who could barely walk, getting up from there wheel chairs when the room was left unattended. * Five residents, including my resident, left in their beds due to understaffing. * Dirty laundry on the floor, soiled rugs, and an unkept bathroom in my resident's room. * Nurses and aids on their phones while on duty. One was watching a video while a resident almost fell from their wheelchair. * The use of my resident's hospice equipment for other residents. My resident has been in this facility for a year and this is not a complete list. Be careful and know this is a daily commitment for family members. For my resident, Hospice does most of the personal care. I do the remainder. The facility provides the room and meals.

Bottom line is that Bellingham's efforts are solely directed towards increasing resident population with little thought on quantity of life/services for existing residents.
