She is so sweet and kind and does a great job cutting my hair. She listens to what I like and things that drive me crazy about it and somehow always makes me love it and not just when I leave but the entire 4 weeks until I see her again. If you need a hair stylist call them and book with Sam. Now hair isn't all they do here and I have yet to try out all of their services, BUT I do see Sammie for my face every 4 weeks as well. The…read moreyoung man that greets us at the door always and I do mean always has a smile on his face and is quick to get us into chairs and get us a drink if we want one. There are a ton of pedi chairs and an equally appropriate amount of mani stations. We always have the same person do our pedis and mania and we both really like the continuity. The people are just so friendly and the shop itself is so inviting and bright. There are thousands of colors to choose from for your nails and if you can't find a color I will be shocked. If you need a nail place try this one out. Highly Recommend!!!!

So fast forward to today I go to get a pedicure as soon as I walk in, he tells me it's a two hour wait I said OK and I asked if I can make an appointment for tomorrow? He's like no appointments too busy, but I was always able to make an appointment before not to mention I've called over and over and over again and they never answer the phone. (also like 4 cars in the parking lot and didn't look busy at all) He could've just answered the phone and told me that there was a two hour wait but no I had to drive down there to be told that and he was extremely rude. I will never come back to this place. So unprofessional!!!!!
