He's like no appointments too busy, but I was always able to make an appointment before not to mention I've called over and over and over again and they never answer the phone. (also like 4 cars in the parking lot and didn't look busy at all) He could've just answered the phone and told me that there was a two hour wait but no I had to drive down there to be told that and he was extremely rude. I will never come back to this place. So unprofessional!!!!!
