I promised avoiding redundancy, not hyperbole--in this case, though, I'm not being hyperbolic, because George has done everything for me: got my lease turned around in 2 days, answered every phone call, answered every question when he could, and said he didn't know when he didn't. I honestly do not know where to start so I'll just start with this, GEORGE IS AMAZING. Having moved from Los Angeles to New York, I was already feeling the stress of finding an apartment on my own until I came across a listing that George was working on. What I appreciate the most about working with him in finding the best place for me was that he really listened to what I wanted. Without any hesitation he took the giant, dirty, wet box and held it in his Mercedes-Benz for safe-keeping AFTER putting the ripped box back together, just so that the next morning he could deliver it into my apartment. I can honestly say I've never had the pleasure of a broker going this above and beyond to accommodate my needs and desires. George showed me multiple apartments when he was only suppose to show me one, let me know as soon as a previously unavailable unit became available because he knew I had my eye on it, let us use his personal storage space to keep some of our stuff when he found out we had nowhere to put it (seriously....his personal storage space!!!), then, unprompted, he acted as a liaison between us and our property manager to help iron out all the fussy details (this was not his responsibility but he was happy to help) and even offered the services of his personal cleaner just to make sure we were comfortable.
