I've given other companies the opportunity but ALKU always comes through first. As a C2C contract I love that they pay weekly, when other companies want to pay me on a 30-day net. I will say their mark-up may be a little higher than others, but I set my hourly requirement (which is not low) and if the client is willing to pay, that is their decision. As far as I can tell, their mark-up is 33%. And NEVER, have I had to wait for an interview on a Zoom call. If the interview is set for 2 PM, that's the time I get the call. When I call, I get right to my rep or have the ability to leave a voice mail (mail box has never been full). The owners must be as well. She had to have open heart surgery last year and the employees helped her incredibly by giving her THEIR time off! Somehow, through HR and the awesomeness of these folks' human nature and the company this was able to happen. I live across the country and could not feel better about a place of employment for my mom. I've met the individuals that she takes to places of employment or enjoyment, on a daily basis. The are beautiful respected and cared for. Especially by my mom! She loves her job. She loves these people and I am so thankful.
