Throughout my post-op, I had questions about healing (I have anxiety lol) I called the office multiple times throughout my healing week with questions and someone would automatically answer. Then they would transfer me to a nurse for them to answer my questions. About pricing, I feel as though it was affordable when compared with other places I had consultations with. All post-op care was handled by the nurses. He never checked my incisions, swelling, or healing progress, even when I returned for follow-up to have sutures and staples removed. I believe the stiches were removed too soon leading to open areas. See pics. Two weeks later, I developed a red, swollen spot on my jawline and immediately emailed pictures to the office. I was told to use Bacitracin and update them if it got worse--which it did. I sent multiple follow-up emails and pictures over the next few days, but no one responded. My messages on Thursday and Friday went unanswered through the entire weekend. By Sunday night, the swollen area ruptured on its own, and I was left to manage an open wound without any guidance. I finally got a call back on Monday--four days after my first email--and was told an antibiotic had been prescribed. Unfortunately, the infection didn't improve, and when I tried to schedule another visit, the office wouldn't accommodate my limited travel schedule. They suggested I go to urgent care instead. I went to another plastic surgeon closer to home. I'm deeply disappointed by the lack of follow-up and communication from Dr. Zannis and his staff. After putting my trust, time, and thousands of dollars into this surgery, I never expected to feel so ignored and unsupported--especially during recovery. I would not recommend Zannis Plastic Surgery, especially to anyone traveling from out of town. If you want a doctor with "hands-off" approach, this is your guy. There is a consultation fee that goes towards what you are paying for. Office is very clean and it doesn't take long to get an appointment set up. I got breast augmentation and a lollipop lift. Reason why I am rating the way I am is because I had my nipples pierced before hand and the surgeon didn't put them back on right and now they're all crooked. Don't know if he even noticed. But I feel like he should have, especially for what I paid. When I mentioned to one of the other nurses I wasn't too happy with how they looked she mentioned my boob type was what they called torpedo and proceeded to laugh. (I got my breast done because I'm not confident on how I look so that helped). I waited about two years to post this review to see if I would eventually like how they looked. But I will get them redone now that I've moved back to California. read more

I give 5 stars to Dr.Zannis. Him and his staff were very informative and helpful when going through my Breast Augmentation process. I flew in from out of state, so I obviously had tons of questions and concerns. They made me feel reassured and prepared for the surgery. This is the place to go to if you're looking for a great plastic surgeon. Their facility is beautiful and so serene. They also have a lovely day spa! If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in last year to finally do something for myself, took a huge leap. The consultation went great. The doc listened to my problems and told me he COULD fix my areas I was very self conscious about. I have had three huge babies and my boobs were basically deflated ballon's. I just wanted the skin that was there to be full and not just saggy skin. I didn't care how he did it if he took skin away or filled it whatever. He told me he would need to do augmentation and a lift. A lift was absolutely needed and that meant I was going to HAVE TO HAVE a lollipop scar. Again this man spoke in absolutes not maybes, guarantees. $13,000.00 to do this. I trusted him and signed the paper. Surgery day came, I told him for the augmentation he could go the size he felt comfortable with. My friend, who had come to all of the appointments there with me and heard everything, was the one they spoke to while I was coming to. They told her the lift was not necessary due to size that there was no lollipop cut made due to this. When I came to and they were taking me to the car this exact conversation was said to me. So multiple people told us the same story. So no lift was done. The first two weeks everything looked great, obviously because of the swelling but I didn't know this at the time. Third week after not even a month after I spent 13,000.00 dollars they started to drop more than I was expecting. The cuts around the areolas was so jagged and ugly. Two months after and my boobs were hanging lower than they were before I went in there the areolas had stretched out looking like jagged cut pieces of bologna. I tried to email with Zannis back and forth over this for a little while when I finally told him be needed to see for himself. He asked me to send a picture so I did and he agreed that he needed to take a look. So I took off work again came for another appointment and he agreed that there was no more lift. What he "claims" is he did a lift but it didn't hold. Which is a lie. There was never a lift two people that told us there wasnt one plus the scar he told me I WOULD HAVE TO HAVE for my surgery to be successful was the lollipop which was never done. In this consultation he was pretty smug and told me the only thing he could do was another surgery to actually do the lollipop lift. Never in this time did he ever say he would do it at no cost. I told him not to be rude but at this point I did not trust him that going under his knife again would not be something I would ever do. That he needed to reimburse me for the part I did not get. He told me the service was already done the employees were already paid I was not getting a refund. So I wrote a review on his website and of course on there were everyone could read it he says I offered to fix it free of charge. NO he did not and the thing about this is I recorded that consultation so I have proof he never did. He just wanted others to see that and think he was handling this correctly. I have a video from then and pictures from the whole progress. I am a single mother who never did anything for herself, I had worked my butt off to lose weight get healthy and try and like myself again. I wasn't going out to get big boobs and flaunt them, I was trying to do something for myself and fix and area I hated about myself and saw and felt disgusting everyday about. I trust this doctor at his word. Took out a loan and got played. I share this a year later still in hopes I can save at least one person from this happening to. Take your time read reviews, all of them not just the fake ones they put up to keep their stars. A year and $13,000.00 later I hate my boobs more than when I started this. They are saggier, lower and the cuts/scars are so jagged like he didn't even care what he was doing. Save your time and money and go a little further out. I have proof. read more

This is my second time getting lip fillers done by Dr. Zannis. I will NEVER go anywhere else! He is truly talented, not to mention completely down to earth. T After this last appointment I had concerns so I called the office. Even though I was told that the nurses and doctor were in surgery I was called back within 10 minutes and had all my questions answered and my fears calmed. Several years ago I paid him to fix my nose, I had realistic expectations and he did not fix any of the problems we discussed. He left my nose crooked and my nostrils were left collapsed and there was never a touch up surgery after to address cartilage sticking out the side of my nose that he said we could go back and shave down. I tried emailing him about this, but he just took my money and did not offer any of it back and left me feeling terrible about my appearance. Do more research before choosing a surgeon. I would steer clear of this one. That was a lot of money to us at the time and we were a military family that I feel was left taken advantage of. Terrible doctor. He responded to a email and told me there was nothing he could do, even though I was told before having the surgery we could go back and finish shaving down the cartilage that was sticking out the side. AMAZING!! I had such a wonderful experience I can't say enough words of praise. I was a little hesitant because of the office fee at first, but then I was referred by a friend to him as well who said "I wouldn't go to anyone else in the state". I knew since he was already on my short list that it would be worth it. I had a breast augmentation, and joined a few social groups online of women with BAs within 0-3 days of each other. I had the easiest recovery of all the women! Very little to no pain (discomfort, but never much pain at all. No narcotics either, just Tylenol), no bruising, great looking minimal scar and of course beautiful breasts! After my 1 week checkup I was given some scar treatment cream, no one else in my post op group (7ppl) got anything from their PS to treat the appearance of the scar. It's been 5 weeks since my post op. and I just had my 30day checkup, everything is going perfectly. I've been cleared to go back to life as usual. I had been thinking about getting a breast augmentation for a while so I did a lot of research. While doing my research, I came across a few doctors and I even had one consultation prior to coming to Dr Zannis. When I went in for my consultation with Dr. Zannis, everyone was really nice and sweet. They gave me a quote and I decided to go for it. On the day of the surgery, everyone was extremely nice and comforting. The surgery went great and the nurses took great care of me. About two weeks out of surgery, I started to do some light cardio, nothing too crazy but I don't think my body reacted too good to that. I developed a hematoma, at the time I didn't know it was a hematoma, I just had so much pain and on that same day, I called Dr. Zannis because I didn't know what was going on. He returned my call even though it was already after-hours. I told him the situation and he told me that if the pain continued, to just go in first thing in the morning. The pain got worse so I just showed up with my husband. Although, it was my fault of why I got the hematoma, everyone was still really nice to me, especially Veronica (she works up front) and Sarah (one of the nurses, she was there since I started the process of my BA). Dr. Zannis had to surgically remove the hematoma. He was able to do it that same day and I am so grateful for that because the pain was so excruciating. He had surgery prior to taking me in, so I had to wait a little while but he still took me in, I was so happy! I feel so much better now and I'm really loving the results. I'm still healing and I still have to go back for my 1 month check up but I feel so much better and my boobs are healing really nice. I just want to say that the staff is GREAT (especially Veronica and Sarah they were both so sweet to me, I can't stretch that enough) and the hematoma had nothing to do with Dr. Zannis work. He was great and so is his work, I was just trying to get back to my normal routine (I'm in the military and didn't want to get out of shape) and I over did it. I fell in love with the staff and the office and etc... blah blah! I had been considering a breast reduction since I was fresh out of high school ( They were very big and heavy) but I didn't have any money to pay for them (I suffered) long story short I had insurance later in life and at 28 I was approved for my reduction! Yayyyy!! Well I had the procedure and I thought life was great but once I got my staples out there were weird skin flaps that were supposed to disappear which at 32 still are here and very visible while my breast were large the skin was tight. Well Now I have small uneven UNATTRACTIVE, saggy, lopsided, dimply things called Breast. I trusted you Dr Zannis and you scarred me! I don't have the same insurance anymore but when I did I tried to go to him for a correction and was denied because now it was an cosmetic issue. Never got a call back for concern NOTHING!
