First issue was I had to stay for 2 hours because a problem with my insurance but it was nobody's fault so I let it go. The 2nd incident was when I was told I had to drive that marooning to be seen and I live 40 minutes away and when I get here I was to late and had to be rescheduled you asked me to come then tell me to reschedule WOW. Number 3 the doctor has known about my hand and I had a previous doctor who no longer works here tell me he can fix it well he leaves the facility and now coke today dr.WARTMAN says if my dislocated finger which is half an inch back and has had multiple x rays says it's fine I will be showing you guys how they left my hand looking when they said "your good no need to come back" WOW and the nurses have an attitude problem I was very nice and respectful and so are the people in the front but I refuse to be treated any less than there equal. (If it was there hand it wouldn't have taken 9 months and counting to fix.) here are the pictures and I strongly discourage coming here! So so bad. so going into this appointment, a few weeks before my wedding, I was terrified. From the moment I met Ally, she completely put me at ease. She was so friendly, patient, and listened to every single concern and worry I had. I was very upfront that I'm on tretinoin and that I use a tanning bed, and Ally was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful about it. She adjusted her approach, chose threading instead of waxing, and it completely changed the game for me. I usually break out after waxing my brows, and this time I had zero irritation whatsoever. My brows turned out exactly how I hoped. Beautiful, clean, and natural. I will absolutely be going back to Ally and highly, highly recommend her, just like so many of the other reviews do.

I had to actually go home and talk to my husband to decode the whole thing to make sense of it. I won't be back. I wanted a nice way to pamper myself, but instead felt like all I did was pay for someone's poor behavior. And I smiled while it all happened, so I'm mad at myself for that part.

I had to call back and make an appointment and it was over a little more than two weeks. I got more Botox injected in forehead, between eyes and added crows feet too. It cost another 200.00. It was Not free. They did not take an after picture to compare during the follow up. I'm two days in and see no results and still have movement in my forehead and between eyes. Bobbi said she almost used the wrong syringe on my forehead because someone else put it in her room. That it would of hurt and been bad. So I can't help but wonder if I was injected with something that was a not Botox.
