    What a mess

I first went to a Zara when I was in Spain years ago. I loved it. The stores were so well organized and they had great styles. Back in the USA, the Zara stores I go to are overcrowded and you have to wait a while to try on clothes. They even have an app now where you can skip the line and go right to try on something, although I never actually see anyone do this. Anyway, I usually go to Zara in Aventura Mall. Well, I was in Orlando a week ago in Disney Springs and went to Zara. This place must not have a manager and be extremely short handed OR the employees just do not care. I didn't even stay here long enough to notice if there were a lot of employees. The store looked like trash. Customers have no respect foe the merchandise and apparently just throw an item down rather than put it back on the rack. I can't shop in places like that. Total turnoff. From what I saw, their styles were not what I like anyhow. Hopefully they can improve themselves here in America because they have much nicer stores in Spain as of 2020 the last time I was there.

Carried merchandise out of the store like this and thru Disney Springs.

Went there today and spent $178.48 on merchandise, was asked to pay 10 cents for a bag. I said really? So if I don't buy the bag, I walk thru Disney Springs with my clothes and tags exposed as if I just shoplifted? I inquired won't the police stop me? The cashier replied - you can just show your receipt. Literally being nickel and DIMED to death for a bag after spending well over a hundred dollars. It's like buying a coffee, but then you have to pay for the cup. I order online with Zara mostly and get free shipping with the merchandise wrapped and folded neatly. This makes no sense.

Zara isn't always my favorite place to shop. For me, it's like an expensive H&M and the clothing still falls apart after a wash or two, but I was in a pinch and needed a shirt immediately while I was at Disney Springs. The men's department is located on the second floor. I looked around and was surprised that I couldn't find a clearance section. Maybe it as elsewhere but I really felt like they didn't have one at all which was a bummer. I needed a shirt for one night so I wasn't looking to spend a ton of money on a shirt I truly didn't need but only needed based on circumstance. Eventually I found a shirt for $9.99. The one thing that annoys me about most retail stores now is how they have registers on all floors but only one floor has working cashiers on one floor. This was no exception. I'm standing here and waiting and eventually I asked if someone would help me and he said, "sure, downstairs.". Side note: the dressing rooms were really clean and no clothing found on the ground anywhere. Once I got downstairs, fortunately, I was second in line and made it out of the store easily. I still don't love this place, but they came through during a pinch so I'm happy about that. I don't think I'm gonna be a regular any time soon but I'll hit that clearance (if I can find it).

This is a great Zara! This visit was my second. The outside of the building is beautiful and white/cream and stunning to look at. The interior is also well kept and clean! The items were stocked in their appropriate places. Beautiful store! The first floor is all women attire and the second floor is men and kids. The second floor is accessible by an elevator or escalator. I love the kids department and the clothing available for babies and kids. This visit, the clothing variety and styles were lacking :(. The lady at the register told us to check online. Great suggestion! - but considering how large that property is...I expected a little bit more for kids/babies. Use up that space!

This is a nice store with fashion-forward clothes and pretty good sales. Fair warning for non-shoppers or people who like things super neat -- this isn't that. There is really no organization to this store. They just kind of throw clothes on the racks and call it a day. Personally think they need to hire more workers to cut down on lines and help keep clothes off the floor, but overall it wasn't too bad. They have a lot of cute clothes!

Front door blocked by tape & security guard Saturday July 15 , 2023 at noon. Customers not allowed entrance.

This past Saturday the store was roped off with yellow caution tape. They would not let any customers in or give any explanation? Decided to return on that Monday because of the ongoing sale. Well, today they had the escalator & elevator roped off & would not let customers upstairs where most of the sale items are! Not sure what's going on with this location? (Florida Mall Location)

Purchased a pair of beige jeans three days ago. Washed them once and the color is streaked all over them. I don't use bleach so I know I didn't bleach them. This must be a bad die lot. I have called the store but no one will answer the phone. I called the number on Zara's home page but was told that since the purchase was in the store I have to go back to the store to resolve. The store is more than an hour away... just not happy with my purchase. Not cheap and totally wasted my money.

Of course it's really busy here because it's right in the middle of Disney Springs.

I needed a hat, so ofc they have a Lids, Nike, lululemon, a bunch of smaller electronic shops, high end designer stores like Gucci, ferragamo etc. I would come back or head up the street to the other big outlet. Either way it's a chill spot to kill time. The kiosk stands mostly overpriced dupes and reps. Vape stands highly overpriced. Ample trash cans around and pretty clean in general!

There are also 2 Starbucks within 3 minutes of each other, so if you want a cappuccino, they really have you covered! As far as shopping goes, they have everything from Ralph Lauren to Adidas to Psycho Bunny and everything in between. The place had a decent amount of people there, and by the look and sound of it, most of them were tourists, specifically tourists from overseas. I personally did not think the deals and selection were all that special, but maybe if you're coming from Europe or Asia it's unbelievable, I don't know. I just wasn't seeing the value here. Overall, three stars from me. No great shopping deals as far as I'm concerned, but a pleasant place to walk around nonetheless.

This location is quite small. They do have a Disney collaboration selection in store which makes it better than a lot of the other shops in Disney Springs that are without anything specialty. TB actually does quite a bit of employee education so tjat each can spake with authentic authority in most of pieces offered. On this most recent visit, the first woman I spoke with whom was older, probably working. Part time regiment job wasn't really aware of what was asking about and had a bit of an issue with the iPad (which are funny-I can say from my own experience). She was perfectly nice and I didn't mind as I looked for the item to show her. But a much younger co worker stepped in to "help" & we were able to find the item, but she was kind of rude to the older woman. It was sort of joking way, but it rubbed me the wrong way. There's no need for that. It really kind of belittled a person who was doing their best, the store was not busy, and no one asked her to step in. I'm local so if I need to go to a physical store, I typically go the Millenia location which is larger and has much less foot traffic in general. Unless I'm looking for Disney items for my husband or family members specifically, you may consider doing that as well.
