This Zara is one of the bigger ones I have seen square footage wise. They use it very well. On the first floor is all women's apparel. On the second floor is Kid's and Men's. Their service is ok, they acknowledge and act kindly. However, there have been other Zara stores I have gone to where they are more personal. They will not just see if you are finding what you are looking for, but take efforts to work with you to ensure. I have always thought it is the little things which make a clothing experience better. When I went the other week, I was looking for an overcoat. They had a few, ok selection. The store has an array of mirrors to see from different angles. Huge help to see if you are really trying to see how it might look out and about. Over all, a decent experience and will more than likely return. read more

Shopped here today. Bought 12 items.The cashier was distracted -handed us a huge bag with receipt and said have a good day. Drive 4 hours home to find we only had 8 items. Called the store immediately they said they had the items there and we would have to drive back up to get the items. I asked if they'd mail them if I paid for the mailing, they said No it's against their policy and I should call customer service. Asked them for the # and was left on hold for 10 mins and no one ever came back on phone. read more

Every time I'm iN town I always find the cutest clothes here, especially tops & Disney shirts! I do kind of wish customer service was a bit better, I have to often search for someone if I need something but in some cases that's better than being hounded constantly lol read more

The monstrous and attractive Zara store is a good addition to Disney Springs because people from middle America and probably unfamiliar with this Spanish fashion store, that is spreading to big cities around the globe. The first floor is women's fashions, which is their real feature. There is a men's and children's section on the second floor but when you go shopping with women in a crowded Saturday shopping situation, I never got to the second floor. My wife, as would be the case of many Americans, was concerned with matching up sizes. The staff was friendly and certainly not pushy. Unlike Disney stores, you will find sales all over the place. read more

Very disappointed today in Zara and feel there is something going on with the finances. Second time they say they don't take credit cards as it's broken yet no sign in the front window. Also had to get cash ata nearby ATM and get a fee charged. I told the manager that it is a big inconvenience and a discount or a reduction to at least cover the fee. Their answer was that there is no discount for the inconvenience. I am not sure they need the cash or are floating the sales tax. Just very strange the sudden pattern of broken credit card machine and needing cash. read more

I was so excited to check out this Zara since we don't have one where I live. However, the staff was terribly rude and very unhelpful. I was expecting more and was very disappointed. This place was gorgeous. Hands down the largest store in the shopping district of Disney Springs. There are two levels. Women's fashion on the first, and kids and men's fashion on the second floor. The dresses and tops were unique and swanky. Prices were very reasonable. There were dresses for 19.90 and tops for 9.90. I was shopping for a gift for a male cousin and he loved the cotton and leather patchwork top I got him. read more

Do not shop here. Very rude manager. I never got a receipt for an item and it didn't fit. I had no option but to trade for exact same item. I was told to call customer care and they could authorize a exchange for different item. Customer care not open on Sunday. Then I was told to chat online. They said call customer care. I called customer care today, Monday and they said nothing could be done without a receipt. When I asked where their return policy was, I was told to scroll to bottom of web page under terms. I recently visited the new and improved Disney Springs. I stopped by and made a purchase at Zara. I have to say this is my absolute favorite Zara. There was ample space to not bump into the other shoppers. There were plenty of clothes in all sizes. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I went to the fitting room to try on the clothes and the fitting room was even organized. If ever in the area I will stop by again. read more

The store can be a disaster but they have sales so often and the staff is just incredible. No matter how busy they are they are never rude, always helpful. The merchandise seems less expensive than on line or at their Florida mall location, not sure why...I could spend hours just browsing and trying stuff on. read more

On top of being aesthetically pleasing, this store has just about any item of clothing, pair of shoe, or piece of accessory you need to complete the perfect look. I've been shopping here for business casual, fashion forward, and laid back weekend attire. They cater to both men and women as well as children's clothing. The modern interior design and impressive organization makes it enjoyable and easy to browse. The staff is helpful and allows enough space for you to explore the store on your own while also being open and friendly in the event that you need help. The location is fun but can get hectic, because of this I would plan a whole day for this experience since there are more shops to see and restaurants to enjoy! read more

I agree with other reviewers that this is a nice Zara that isn't stuffed to the limits with product when I visited. It's got a good selection of sizing options. The fits can be tricky but once I'm locked in I tend to buy the same fit in an assortment of colors. Why the 1 star? Staff. They looked stressed and I can see why. Upon my visit I was waiting to check out in a long line and as the cashiers are doing their best to process everyone I see a guy yapping away and not paying attention to the line building up! I am in retail and understand customers will be less rude if you are making visible efforts to move them along but this guy who's name tag reads Ceferino is ignorantly yapping away about his personal life on dating sites, speaking in Spanish! I may not look Latino but I speak Spanish. I paid and left but note to management at this location: I'm hoping your regional sees this review and has a sit down about your conduct and what kind of image you're bringing into the Disney community as a resort/vacation destination for families. read more

I've never encountered such rude staff. I've been to this Zara countless times being a local. My boyfriend and I were at the store and I wanted to try on clothes and needed an opinion. I walked to the end of the fitting room and preceded to enter the fitting room as my boyfriend waited outside. We then were shouted at down the hallway that my boyfriend couldn't be in the vicinity of the fitting room as males in the fitting room make the females uncomfortable. This was handled completely inappropriately as he could've approached us and spared my boyfriend the embarrassment of women's judgmental stares as if he was looking at them while they were trying on clothes. I was in shock as this would entail not even a women's son or husband to be in the vicinity of their mother/wife while they are trying on clothes. I was further disappointed when there were 2 males working the fitting room with no comments on how they could make people feel uncomfortable. Will not be shopping here again. Major disappointment and handled very poorly. read more
