I originally came for the small for the urban outfitters that they normally have a really good sale wrap. However I didn't want to cause a line so I decided to take my sale items to the self check out. That was obviously a mistake I rang up all my items that were the sale price and they came up as the original price so I waited about 10 minutes for the girl at the counter was checking out another guest which is fine I can wait. I asked her if she could stay there for a second so I can bring up my items so she can over drive them or overdraft them to the sale price and she told me "oh you know it just happens all the time it's fine" And then I had to wait I don't know maybe 10 more minutes I flagged down what looked like to be a manager and I had her fix my Items. And then I walked out of the store with the security tag on my bag which both of the ladies I guess completely didn't even see- mind you the store wasn't busy; there is maybe four people in the store and there was about four employees and what I counted. I'm not upset I just wish my experience was a little bit better customer service wise. It's about 105 now and the mall isn't even packed. I did pick up a really nice quarter bag for 1499 and I picked up some earrings and a couple pairs of tights! read more

Every time I go to Mall Of Milenia with my teenage daughter, we have to come here. The store is big, brightly lit, and stocked full of trendy items from clothes and shoes to toiletries and home goods. There are many cute items that you won't easily find elsewhere. I really love their fragrances too! The prices in the clothes are nuts though. My daughter bought a T-shirt dress thing that was size small but it was enormous( she said it was supposed to fit like that) and had holes and was crumpled up. Looked like it was from Goodwill. She paid $30 for it! I sound like an old fart but whatever. The store is great, but if you don't have dinero and eclectic taste, keep it moving. read more

2017's Yelp 100 Challenge 101/100 Typically, I love urban outfitters. Probably shopped there three times a month while in Vegas, but you'd think since I was somewhere else the prices would be cheaper. Nope. A tshirt at this location was more than double what it'd be in Vegas. The customer service was also extremely lacking. The 2 stars are based on the cleanliness of the store, and the variety, but when I asked if there were any sales items, the customer service rep remarked "ha! You came here to find things on sale?". Staff is extremely unhelpful and suspicious of shoppers, they check peoples bags when they leave the store? I think it was the manager I was speaking with and he seemed agitated just having to interact with paying customers. Fitting Room staff also seemed on edge... not friendly or hospitable at all, with a dash of the opposite of customer service. I had a friend who used to work here last year, she said she loved it, except for the fact that they would make her work extremely unfavorable hours for a studying college student. Why is a 20 year old waking up at 5am to fold clothes in a warehouse? I don't really shop here often, and today I was reminded why..... You would think when going to check out near a grands worth of clothes that you'd be given at least a smile..... read more

Unique, hipster, eccentric, whimsical...these are all words that come to my mind when thinking of this chain. Oh, and pricey. I've stopped in here on many an occasion cause the marketing and allure draw me in. I've left with very little or nothing pretty much every time though. The front end of the store has books, cameras, tchotchke items, and things of that nature. Great gift ideas for someone that you're unsure what to get them. Beyond the front part you'll find clothing and accessories. The clothing admittedly isn't my fashion style for the most part...which, I don't really have a style. But if I did, it's not really this. Not a fan of $40 ripped tanks. I'm definitely more wash and wear comfort. The accessories and other products here are really what speak to me. I like all the funny books and the long necklaces. I'll keep going on to check out what's on offer in that area. Overall: B- Not my clothing style, but the unique books and jewelry will have me coming back. read more

Other than the Urban Outfitters we have in Jacksonville, this is the only other one I've been in. So I only have the one in Jax to compare it to. It's a much smaller store; not even quite half as large. The racks are spaced out nicely, so it is easy to move around in. I was greeted when I walked in by an employee standing at the door, but other than her and the two employees behind the cash register gabbing away, I didn't see any others. A lot of clothes in this urban Outfitters. There's a lot in our store in Jax too, but there seemed to be a lot more here. Or maybe it was just the fact that the store wasn't nearly as large so it looked like there were more. I've never really looked at the clothing because to me it seems to be geared more towards the younger generation. One thing I can definitely say for sure is that there weren't as many novelty items here, which is the main reason I go in the store. I like to look around at all the interesting/funny things, and it's a great place to pick up gifts too. Don't get me wrong, they still had their fair share of novelty items, just not as many as I'm use to. Everything was very neat and organized. At the time I was in the store, the employees weren't doing anything, but they must do their jobs at some point, otherwise, things wouldn't be arranged so nicely. read more

Oh boy, this store. First of all, it's packed and cluttered feeling. All of the sale items and regular items are all over the place. The sale bins are a mess and the racks have too many clothes on them, making it difficult to browse through. Then the staff. Most of the people I interacted with here were phenomenal. The check out clerks were great and super friendly. My issue was with the fitting room. Not consistent at all. The first gentleman I interacted with in the changing rooms was super friendly, took my and my friend's clothes and hung them in the fitting room for us, easy, no problem. The second guy we dealt with was very different. He gave us a hard time because of the amount of clothes we had, making us hang them outside the door (this location does not give you an item number for the door, so it's not like they have an item limit). So we had to keep switching clothes we had tried on already with the ones outside the door, and every time we opened the door, he was there staring inside our changing room, making us very uncomfortable. Not pleasant at all. They definitely need some training in terms of consistency in their fitting room policies, as well as teaching their staff to respect privacy in the fitting rooms read more

I like all the Urban Outfitters but this store seems to actually have more in stock than many others: their new Savannah, Georgia, location in example is cute but somewhat understocked of things I would actually wish to buy there like Nike Dunks and some of the more esoteric men's jeans. The Orlando store is also in a great location, the Mall at Millenia, and is normally very busy. I don't feel they are overpriced: if you don't wish to spend $200 on jeans you can find some that are very reasonable here, such as UO's own brand, BGD, which makes plain yet comfy and cute jeans for around $50. You can't do much better than that. However, that said, you can find a good selection of brands that are more posh here too. It's just a good place to stop in and see what they happen to have: as much as I do like them, I encourage people to shop at independent boutiques too however. Beta Retail Gallery, in instance, carries stuff you'll never find at UO. read more

I never, ever shop here. I'm more of the Banana Republic/Gap shopper. Definitely opposite of hipster. But I was on a hunt for white elephant Christmas gifts and stopped by on a whim. The store is huge. They sell clothing, shoes, accessories and great variety of gifts, some may not be politically correct so don't get your panties in a bunch! I loved the selection of retro gifts like the Polaroid frames and stuff related to current pop culture like the Grumpy Cat calendar. I spent a good amount of time browsing and laughing ..would definitely come back again. When you check out they give out free recyclable bags for your purchases which is super cool if you ask me! And you can get your receipts emailed to you. So they're very environmentally friendly in that respect. read more

This store is simply the cat's pajamas and I especially dug the hot Asian chick they had as a greeter at the front door. Vinyl records, stationary, kicks galore, lids, backpacks, bad ass t-shirts, and more. You can't meander around this cool store without snatching up something and taking it to the register and smackin' down your plastic. Ramp up your cool points if you can accessorize here. There is something for every hipster and kitty kat who needs to expand their wardrobe. This location constantly evolves and diversifies so make it a point to stop by every time. Been coming since way back when Millenia opened, and I have noticed the big changes towards more decorative/home stuff and women's clothing. Back in the day you could score a good outfit (albeit pricey) and some accessories like nifty shades, a cool messenger bag, or even a wallet; all in a style that was part Gap, part Hot Topic, and part thrift store. Now, it's like the labels got tired and recycle the same shirts, change the colorways five times and BOOM - $30 a pop. Yes, styles must evolve, but it seems that UO now caters to the lowest style denominator - and charges through the teeth for it. There are a slew of tchotchkes to add that eclectic (read: everyone else has it) flair you so desire. Books, journals, vinyl, glasses, pillows, and sometimes furniture pepper the retail landscape, so much so that I feel like I'm in a Bed, Bath, and Beyond run by nouveau beatniks. Can't bring myself to browse for more than the occasional t-shirt or errant gift - most prices are higher than other online stores and in general defy the laws of economics. Don't worry: you can pick up the book "Economics for Hipsters" for $14.99. You've probably never heard of it though. read more

So, this place is a lazy-hipster's DREAM (wait... I'm lazy.... does that mean I'm a hip*existential crisis!*) Moving on- UO is full of clothes that would make you scream in delight if you found them at a thrift store. Total treasure finds. Except that they tax you on the convenience you are granted through their fine curating. Definitely be ready to pay more, but know that you'll walk out feeling like a badass beatnik. I've been to a few location in the past and have had different experiences in terms of service, but was really pleasantly surprised at this location. I had multiple *cough cough*gorgeous*cough* employees come by to check that I was finding everything. When I was in the fitting rooms and was having second thoughts about whether I could pull off high-waisted shorts the fitting room attendant, Christy, was so helpful! I imagine it's hard to find that perfect balance of being kind, yet honest when a shopper asks if the mom shorts are giving her a cameltoe, but Kristy (I have no idea how to spell her name) handled it like a champ and was wonderfully honest, but ready to run around the store finding me a good alternative pair. I have ordered online clothes twice ! And returned ALL of the items due to the clothes being dirty with stains, gave me the wrong items and expected something else. I could never order Urban Outfitters online again. My first order, I ordered what I thought was a T'shirt but all I got was a poor gym work out material "t'shirt" with red stain spots on the shirt, I returned them instantly. The second online order, I bought black boots and vans sneakers because of the online sale Buy 1 get 50% off shoes going on. I was excited to receive my black boats in the mail but when I opened the box, I got glitter boats instead of the black ones that were online ! Oh come all ye trendy... Indie apparel, home furnishings and tzchotchkies for the masses! The store is the mecca for the 16-30+ yr old demo., and a one stop shopping lesson in how to be cool without trying. All you need is a credit card and a go-getter attitude. What do you want? A belt, hat, shoes, shirts, jackets, shades, socks, jeans, and a pullover? A novelty book, dinnerware, pillow, comforter, rug, and a faux Xmas tree? A flask, a weird toy, some jewelry and an LP frame? This place has all that stuff and then some. Most of the prices are high for what you're getting, but if you stick around long enough, they have massive sales on most of their junk. See a cowboy shirt you like for $68? Wait a few weeks (or months) and it'll likely be marked down to about $29. If you're out at the Millenia Mall, it's always worth a quick stop just to see what kind of sale is going on, and to get updated on the latest hip music that's come out. *Be careful not to overdress with Urban gear, or you will look like everyone else at BarBQ bar or Firestone. **Minus one star for high prices on otherwise cheap inventory. read more

This place drives me nuts. It's heinously overpriced, and I don't really have the patience to rummage through the poorly organized sea of clothing that may or may not fit my curves. But on the other hand, If I actually find something, I'll wear it all the time. The only thing that really irks me is the sizing. I'm not a particularly large girl- a size ten, and I have curves in good places, but almost all of the clothes here are sized for the crossdressing prepubescent boy. Horribly overpriced hippie crap with rude and clueless cashiers. This was my 3rd time visiting and it's filled with confused teenagers who don't even know their own gender. No one knew how the app rewards and ripped off my $5 coupon. The woman just ignored my questions and charged me full price which 2 shirts totalled to $100, and they were nothing special or noteable yet they were exclusives. On social media, when the company asked the public if anyone needed help on the rewards program to pm them and they will help. It's been 3 months now and they haven't even looked at my message and continue to post. Anything that can be bought on outside sources such as Amazon or such are literally 1/3rd the price. Need to encounter a store at the mall that does not have any duplicate versions of itself? Urban Outfitters is the perfect suggestion.. I have been an ongoing dedicated Urban Outfitter shopper for quite some time now due to their retro vintage vibe attire and furniture. Quite the fan I may say because the Urban Renewal line consist of the most funkiest brightest skirts and tees in Orlando. The quality is great and I just can't imagine that there is another store that sales bright orange skirts along with silver horse necklaces. The thing I absolutely adore about this place is the furnaces here and they have a selection of Tokyo themed "life in the 21st," brand pillows along with the printed graphic abstract paintings. Many ideas for my room were inspired by this place because they dared to mix bright fabrics with loud designs. Thanks to Urban Outfitters my room is anything but plain. Seriously a store that is difficult to walk by and not walk in. They have way too many cool items to ignore; any place with a cheeseburger phone is worth checking out! read more

So I am not writing wether or not I like the store brand itself, because it is a chain store. This particular store was very busy on a Sunday and kept up with the chaos greatly! The books were in order, the staff was more than friendly and helpful, and the clothes were all in order. There are always fun little gag gifts in here for all sorts of occasions and people you know. It seems scary at first because all you see is Skrillex looking hipsters with shaved and side-swiped hairs, but there are some hidden gems in here that are definitely worth sifting through the BS and finding. To be honest, it is a little over priced, but come on you are paying for things before the regular population catches on. I love Urban Outfitters. I have the best time just perusing the racks to see what interesting stuff I can find. Unfortunately, it is horribly overpriced. I can count on one hand the number of times I've actually purchased something from Urban Outfitters. I always find some cute piece of clothing that I want... but then end up putting it back because it is usually WAY too expensive. For example, most of their novelty t-shirts (with quirky little sayings or graphics on them) run about $28+. The clothes all seem to be pretty good quality, but honestly who can afford over 60 bucks for jeans right now? I love going to Urban Outfitters to find goofy gifts for my friends for Christmas. From a rhinestone covered flask to a "Gangsta Wrap" coloring book... you will never cease to amaze your friends with the amusingly weird stuff that they carry at this place. This is one of those stores that I really want to like, but just can't get excited about. While their clothes are super cute and their accessories fun and innovative, it's just bit overpriced for my pocket book and not worth it in my opinion. I don't even bother entering unless I know they are having a sale that's worth my time...we're talking at least 50% off because otherwise I can't afford it. What I do like about this store is the cool books and random odd and ends you can often find sitting on the tables and shelves throughout the store. These are usually not too expensive and worth the purchase...at least I think so anyway. Plus, it's something I know will get a lot of use. If anything, this is a good place to go for ideas on how to wear your clothes, what kinds of accessories are "in" and fashion as a whole. This kind of fashion, however, is not runway, uber trendy, but more of a lax, casual type of fashion. Everyday wear if you will. An unusual store. I generally look online at the website and find things that I appreciate there, and usually at a price I appreciate. This store did not blow me away. It was large and had lots of selection, however I couldn't really find anything I liked, especially with such high prices for things of subpar quality and design. I was not a major fan. The bits and bobs and all those fun accessories were more reasonably priced. Funny, geared toward the younger crows definitely a fun look, great place for gifts. They have an incredible selection and it never disappoints. I love how they keep relevant to what people want to buy. Love all the trendy options. The displays make me want to buy all of the things, however, the prices stop me dead in my tracks sometimes. Here, you'll pay for convenience. The store was well kept and was super clean. I enjoy shopping Urban Outfitters but I would rather just shop on their online store. The customer service is non-existent, it's hard to find an employee to help you unless you're already in the register line to pay. I will say their stores look amazing, visual merchandising is nice but sometimes hard to navigate with all of the "eye clutter" they have in their stores. Usually I have to stop here when I visit the Millenia Mall. It isn't one of the biggest stores I have been too, but still has a nice selection of clothes and goods. Last time I stopped there I found an excellent deal on a mini-beer pong table game (complete with beer pong balls and paddles) for only $3! The original price was somewhere around $20 (maybe more) and there were people watching and commenting on my prize while I waited in line. My friend loved this gift and although some people say Urban Outfitters is pricy, they regularly have sales and clearances for those of us with less money in our pockets. read more

The place is located in the mall and I was visiting the area and wasn't expecting this mall to be really nice but it was. Very pricey at times, but I always come here when I need unusual gifts. They have a large selection of funny/odd books as well as gag type gifts. And when I visited last week, I was shocked at all of the record players (yes, you read that right!) and records. They weren't cheap (of course), but it made me want to buy one for old times sake. read more
