After returning from our road trip to San Diego our Audi was considerably covered in bugs and road dirt. Not to mention the car sickness event with our little one. I called Cole to check on availabilty and even though he was booked up, considering our circumstances, he made time to get us into his schedule right away. He was totally professional, communicative and just all around very pleasant to deal with. The detailing was impeccable. The car is actually cleaner than when we received it new from the dealership. He was meticulous in cleaning the interior and steam cleaning the carpeting with no hint of the car-sick odor. Wonderful work!! This was my first time going through an auto detailer and I must say I was very impressed! I had taken off my stock spoiler and had not only some residue left on my trunk that I had some issues removing fully as well as some scratches and paint that needed to be corrected. After searching for a mobile detailer, I came across Zaro Detailing and found a match. The owner Cole, was responsive and accommodating and very reasonably priced. We scheduled for a day that it happened to rain and he reached out to me to suggest a reschedule which I appreciated. He came the following day, right on time and gave me an accurate time estimate which was very helpful since I had other plans for the day. The work was perfect- my car looks and smells brand new! We have a hunter green 2002 Ford F150 with at least 2 years of living outside in the Moab sun accumulating dirt, dust, swirls, and scratches. Finally time for a cleaning, and I didn't want to do it. I messaged them first on Yelp. They were very responsive, helpful, and patiently answered my questions (I am sure they were dumb questions as well). After setting up an appointment, they all asked for water and power, and they were done. They rang my doorbell several hours later, saying they were done. Well, that quick, it must not have been done very well, is what I thought. Honestly, I am happy I was wrong; that interior was excellent. Exterior, same.
