I hate to write this, because they started out so cool! I had them do my car twice, they were very fast, almost too fast. There were little details that were missed, I felt like my car has been cleaner at other detailers. They stained the beige trim around my windshield with the black polish, looks accidental from wiping the dash too sloppily...I texted about it, they never came to fix it. But the worst part is the fact that after the second time they did my car the battery was dead, making sure the car is off before you leave should be rule number one. Very very highly recommended. Tony is an experienced and skilled car detailer. His prices are way more than fair, he is friendly, on time and answers questions promptly via YELP or text. This should not be taken lightly as there are many in this town who do no return calls or texts. He is also very honest and does not try to upsell you. In fact, he did just the opposite with me. I originally booked for an exterior detail but when he arrived and inspected my vehicle he said I take really good care of my car all it really needed was a good wash and not a detail. He said, "Bruddah- save your money. I'd be happy to do the detail but honestly your car does not need it." I mean- who does that? I ordered a full detail and Tony suggested that because I get my car washed in drive through it would be a waste of money, so he saved me a couple hundred bucks when he could have easily just taken the money and played dumb. First of all. Nice guy at first. Seem like he knows what he's talking about. I have a hard water spot that won't come off. He said no worries he'll take care of it explained to me how the process works. Then he gave me estimates so i said no problem $240. The day come he started on the job. I was in and out. Finally he finished the job I wasn't home so he said everything is done I'm going to leave ok awesome. Zelle him the $240 plus tip$$$. as well came home walk through the car. It's halfway done. My car is black it's hard to take a pictures for proof. So I'd call him he said ok I'll be back and finished up get everything out. Week have gone months have gone texted him. He's excuses I'm out of town I busy I'll be there this was in September 2023. I did give him benefit of the doubt. But it's been 6 months already. Last feed texts was no response from him at all. What can I add here that hasn't already been said in all the other 5 star reviews? This really was one of the most convenient and thorough car washes that I have ever had. I am very thankful that I was referred by someone to call Anthony at Aloha Detailing. Backstory: I had to drive to Vegas for some work training and my car was looking very beat in from the road. I also hadn't cleaned it in a while and the car had been through some rough rain and snow in the previous weeks. I needed a wash ASAP! I called a different mobile detailer, but they were out of town, so they highly recommended that I give Tony a call. Not only did Tony respond quickly, but he walked me through the various cleaning options and prices for my vehicle, and also worked with me to arrange for a cleaning the very next day. We settled on a wash & wax, with a clay bar treatment, basic interior cleaning, and even an engine bay cleaning. Not sure if Tony quotes prices on Yelp, but I wound up paying $140 ($125 plus tip) and I feel like I get every penny's worth for what I paid. The exterior looked brand new. The engine bay looked immaculate (it's unbelievable to think that I had 90,000 miles under the hood), and Tony was even able to vacuum the loads of old crust and crumbs out of all the hard to reach places in my interior. By the time he was done, I was stunned by the way it looked. Made me feel more passionate about my car than I have felt in a long time. I plan to go back for a basic upkeep car wash in a few weeks, and then maybe another thorough cleaning in another 2-3 months. Can't recommend Aloha enough. Plus, Tony was able to give me some referrals to a few other auto specialists that I was interested in (dent removal, audio, etc). Aloha Mobile Detailing 5 stars After tirelessly searching for a place that would service and clean my truck (2006 lifted Toyota 4Runner), I came to a conclusion that I will never find a business that would meet my needs. Mind you, my rig is built as an expedition vehicle. I have stuff on my truck that's not normally seen on regular passenger cars. I have a roof-top tent mounted on my roof rack, shovels, axes, jerry cans, awnings, recovery gear, etc (all of which are waterproof)... It seems like everytime I pull into a regular car wash, they get intimidated to touch my whip. Funny to say the least, my truck is an off-road vehicle. It's full of dings, scratches, mud, dust, etc... I'm not looking for a perfect detail. I simply wanted a regular wash to get the dust and mud off and maybe clean my tires a bit that way it doesn't accumulate a thick layer of nastiness that would make it impossible to wash off later on. Seeing as my truck won't fit thru the machine wash, most places would upcharge me around $20 bucks so they would hand wash my truck off the line, which is all fine. I don't mind paying extra as long as you do your job and that's where the problem lies. For some reason, most of the car washes around town that are equipped with commercial grade pressure washers are incapable of washing off simple mud and dirt off wheel wells. They can't even clean my cup holders and dust off my dash. With that said, I've pretty much had it. After searching on Yelp, I came across Tony's mobile car detailing company and immediately requested a quote. I got a quick response 10 mins later. I have a camping trip coming up soon so I didn't wanna shop around for price quotes. Given his 5 star reputation and $60 dollar quote, I was sold on it. I mean hell, I was paying almost $80 bucks on those chain car washes around town and they couldn't even do their job right so $60 is a bargain for me and he comes to my location. The appointment was for a 4 o'clock on a Friday but he managed to come out early. After meeting Tony and explaining my dilemma, he quickly went to town with my truck while I was doing my own thing inside my house. After about an hour or so, he was done. As soon as I walked outside, I was in awe. Like wow... I didn't even recognize my truck. My rig sits dirty most of the time so when I saw how immaculate it was, I never even knew it could look that clean. It looked like it just came out the car dealership. He even cleaned and dressed up the vinyl cover for my roof top tent, which I wasn't really expecting and my wheel wells are finally mud free. The interior was spotless and he did all this in less than two hours. Definitely no regrets as he earned my business. After seeing results, I'll be definitely coming to him for my car wash needs. I set up an appointment for 12:30 pm for a detail on my car. Tony texted around 10:45 am. and asked if he could come early because he has a cancelation. I said yes and he arrived around 11:30 am. I asked for a detail on my car. But after looking at my car, he suggested that I don't need a detail right now but just a basic wash inside and out. He said that down the road, a detail would be needed to protect the paint. Saved me $100 with his suggestion. After the wash, the car looks great, like it's brand new. It did not take very long. While we were talking, he learned that I was retired military and he gave me a discount for it. I told him that he gained a regular customer and will be calling him again soon.
