I have used Zarzaur law firm twice. The first time was when my husband was killed by someone running a red light. I was undergoing chemotherapy. Mr Zarzaur offered to come to my home because of my health issue. This was going to be a small insurance claim. I was always treated well. The staff kept me well informed. What impressed me is how prepared and how much information he had ready for our first meeting. I had consulted more than one attorneys. This was my first time needing to retain an attorney and based on what everyone was telling me about the law industry I was truthfully scared about the entire process. I made the first call and actually got to speak to Joe personally and he agreed to take on my case. We set up an in-person meeting for later that day and I was impressed with how everything was handled. I supplied the requested information through email and that started the wheels rolling. This law firm is one of the worst in the area. They will lie to you if you question their actions.The receptionist is very unprofessional and rude. Most of the staff there are rude. Mr. Zarzaur needs to check out his workers. If you happen to report their negative actions, they immediately block you. You would think the firm would contact the complainant to see if they can rectify the issue, but they just block the truth. Go elsewhere if you are seeking an attorney. read more

I have to say this attorney is unprofessional in every way. I spoke with him regarding a legal matter and he said "As a business point of view your case wouldn't generate enough revenue for me to help you". I couldnt believe he actually said that and I asked him to repeat what he just said to me. He didn't even make an attempt to settle for me. I was injured by a paramedic and suffer an ankle & foot damage. It caused me to have blood clots & 15 days later my ankle to be even more swollen. The entire situation is causing thousands of $ in hospital visits. What if this was his mother, wife or daughter? I really need help and his entire attitude towards me & my situation was very upsetting & at the end of the conversation I could only cry because of how l felt from his uncaring & extremely demeaning attitude.
