This place is beautiful and calm. The director, Jonathan is just the most sweetest, most helpful, patient and understanding man. I know it's his job but he really took the time to go through everything with us and made sure to make our arrangements perfect. We definitely felt more than just his clients and through these difficult times he made everything so smooth and easy. I cannot emphasize how detailed and perfect everything was. We had so many beautiful compliments from everyone who attended and our hearts were full with content despite the tragic loss we were feeling. I would say the only negatives were on the actual night of the wake he was not there but had a friend be there. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. The mic didn't work and she didn't know how to fix it. Also, she started cleaning like an hour and a half before our end time. I have a large Hispanic family and they brought lots of food so I guess I can understand why she started thinking we wouldn't end on time. But I told her my family would clean. She did apologize and stop but it irritated me at the moment. And the last annoying thing was ordering the death certificate afterwards. Erika made a mistake and ordered the wrong one so we had to wait another week. I would definitely say that the pros outweighed the cons. Highly recommend this place.

The staff here are wonderful people and they are always accommodating for even the person who is confused by the process. My neighbor waked his mom here and I saw first hand how well they were treated and how very professional they do treat everyone. Its still a bit of a 70's feel but nonetheless, what they lack in look (although it is tastefully done and very clean) they make up for in service. And I can appreciate how they can make a person who has died still look alive. (I once did make up for the dead so I can spot the ones who care) and they do so care here on how a person looks. My advice is though, always take them several photos of your loved one and if possible of different angles, this helps in the process of tonality and actual realness.

My daughter was transferred to Kindred North Hospital investigation, and only lasted a a few days there before she passed and when the time did come I contacted Doug originally and he said just call us when it happens and we'll pick her up and we'll deal with the money and everything later.. actually I couldn't call, but my cousin did make the phone call and then later after she passed, I was able to go online and complete all the pertinent information but he was very professional and when I did pick up the Urns he made it a priority to come out and meet me and offer his condolences very professional service. The only complaint I had was the lady who took care of us seemed a bit cold, but I guess in that type of business you become cold well perhaps that happened to her she didn't offer condolences nothing just let's get this business over with. If I asked a question she didn't know she didn't even try to find answer.I Again I am horrible with names, but this young lady was very compassionate and helpful I was unsure if I was going to be able to drive back to Tennessee or have to fly and she provided me with a free box to ship the urn. irregardless if I ever had to use them again, I would.
