I love Zaxbys!! Whenever I wake up feeling hungover I always crave a zaxbys salad! I like to mix ranch and tongue torch sauce. The nibblers are always a hit!!! ofc I need an extra zac sauce with that. The wings and thingz has been my brothers go too for years! I think many will agree lol. This used to be the best location around, but now the chicken is always just blah. Ordered dinner to go for the family. Added a 5 boneless wings reward with my order, and it was basically 3 normal sized boneless wings and then a bunch of battered tiny pieces of chicken thrown in the container. The value just isn't there anymore with Zaxby's for what they're serving. The employees here are generally friendly though. read more

CHECK YOUR FOOD!! Really, it's a good practice for any pick up, but it would be nice to just trust that your meal is correct as ordered. Wrong dressing, wrong drink, and my biggest irritation is paying for heavy sauce and getting a nice little drizzle instead. How else can you say it? I've used describing words like drenched, covered, soaked and so on... and only ever end up getting half-cut tenders with some sauce on top. Heavy sauce is repeated back and paid for every time we pick up, and paying for an additional side so I can actually get heavy sauce is unreasonable. Unless we dine in, it's almost always incorrect. Employees here are super friendly! It seems they move diligently through the drive thru line even if it's wrapped around. The only downfall is when I ask and pay for extra sauce it's usually never in the bag or I get Zax sauce instead of the sauce I paid for. Make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive thru! another problem that I seem to run into is with their chips. It's one of my favorite things on the menu but a lot of times I get home and notice most of them are undercooked, soggy, and half of them are inedible to eat. read more

This was the worst time I have ever been to this zaxby's. I want to know how I can complain further than to the Manager I spoke to which was Sydney. Because this manager acted like everything we said was funny and didn't take our complaint seriously. What happened is we were trying to order and the girl taking the order Katie wouldn't let us finish at all. Every ten seconds it was a "Are you done?" before we could say what we wanted. She half listened to us and gave us a straight up attitude and acted like her job was beneath her. When we asked for the Manager she acted like it wasn't a big deal and customers were allowed to be disrespected in that bad of a manner! She was holding back laughter at us and defending her rude employee. I want to complain further. This is at most unacceptable. Not to mention for "fast food" we waited in line for twenty minutes plus. Never again! read more

I purchased the family pack and asked for ranch and honey mustard instead of zach sauce. Well I got 1 each of my request and was charged for it, the rest was zach sauce. Ok, I can deal with that as I had more of the condiments at home that I can use. BUTTT the Chicken fingers were so hard you could not eat them! I could only choke down 1 piece as I could not chew it. Over half of them went into the trash because they were so overcooked that you could not even bite into them! My grandson who is usually good for 3 fingers at 1/2 of one. My granddaughter who is usually good for 3 took a bite and said I cannot chew it. My husband who is normally good for 5 or 6 at 2. My adult daughter at 1 and I had 1, the rest on in the garbage! read more

Zalads have gone to 7.29 here. The fries were warm not hot. Sandwich, chicken, was ok but give me ckic-fil-a any day. Coke machine had a red light meaning it was out of something or needed service, the staff didn't care. Won't come back here! read more

Well I think the photos tell the entire story of our visit. We stopped in for a quick bite. Plenty of free parking. When we walked in around 6:30PM and few people were dining and that should of signaled us of what was to come. Looking at the menu I decided upon 10 piece wings with a basket of fries to share. My wife selected the fried Cobb salad. I asked the manager Carrie why the boneless wings cost less than wings with bones (...I thought it would be the opposite) and she replied... no kidding folks... '... guess they had to cut the wing...'. Please give me a break! The cashier was very friendly as she took the order and gave me my requested military discount. A very nice cashier and counter staff were on duty during our visit. Got two waters (Fantastic Ice Folks) and went to wash my hands. Take a look at men's restroom photos... in a word... YUCKY! The fries were hot and tasted OK although I really would not call it a 'Basket of Fries' especially for $2.99. My boneless wings were 'cold' as they did not approach warm. My chicken (being generous calling it that) tasted like pre-breaded frozen nuggets that were left on a counter and defrosted. By the way the order was miscommunicated as I got five so called boneless wings which turned out to be a blessing from above. My wife said her salad was good. They really need to clean this place. Upon leaving I shared the photos with Carrie the manager and asked her to suggest to corporate a 'cleaning' of the place. Also asked if the so called boneless wings were pre-breaded and frozen non wings. Carrie confirmed my suspicions. Sure hope they clean this place because while I won't buy food there anymore I sure like the ice. read more

Cobb Salad was great - even without dressing! I know it's not a healthy place to eat but cmon - every sauce and dressing contains high fructose corn syrup. Nasty stuff - Zaxby's you can do better. read more

Food is always on point, milkshakes are horrible...always runny, it's like drinking flavored milk. I said something once nothing changed. I love the flavor so I just take it home and freeze it, which is good but if I'm getting fast food I want it now damn it!!!! read more

This place is a great and I don't know why so many people hate it. My little sister spilled two drinks and yet the staff were very friendly saying they could handle it. We go here very often now and it's a great place to eat. Everyone was very helpful and nice and when we tried to tip them for cleaning up the mess they said that wouldn't be necessary. My family and I love going to the Bethlehem Zaxby's over the Winder Zaxby's. This place has very friendly employees and managers. We go here at least twice a week. Not to mention they have the new Coke Freestyle Machine with Dr Pepper. read more
