Haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a while, so was on my way to Home Depot in Bethlehem. Thought I would grab Chick-fil-A on the way home. Very busy location as most are so I actually pulled in and went inside to avoid the long line. Ordered me for the first time a spicy deluxe and it was delicious! Social media is driving up accusations of fake meat but same tender chicken I'm used to with Chick-fil-A, great hot waffle fries, great service inside and was in and out then less than five minutes. 3/21/26-Drive-thru around 8:30p, gave Jocelyn a $20 cash for a cobb salad total $10.25. I wanted to be sure about the total I was given when I reached the window (asked for the receipt)and realized I received incorrect change. Jocelyn (took order)gave me back $9.20. Addressed this with the manager at the window, showing her the receipt and change returned to me and she appeared to be clueless. Instead of coming over to my car and speaking to me she yelled out the wrong info regarding the change. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and dealing with, two other employees standing with her looking like deer in headlights...The mang finally woke up and corrected the issue. I was starving on Saturday morning on 2.28.26 and paid $9.22 for 4ct strips & small coke. The strips were so bad I had to spit them out into the box as I was driving. My hair dresser said 2 of her clients worked for that Bethlehem Chick-fil-A and that 1 of the managers left chicken out on the counter all day. I'm assuming she meant raw. Let's just say I will never go back. Plus, I had to continue starving for 2.5 more hours until I had time to go buy food elsewhere. Super annoying and disgusting!! read more

I have never been disrespected by an blue-shirt- collar-chick-fl-a-shift-leader (Tay) before. We ordered with a new drive through taker, we were very patient. Once we got to the window we were missing a salad. We verified the receipt to make sure she heard it and it was actual ordered, which it was so we asked Tay about getting the second salad. She asked for our whole bag back, we asked Tay if she allowed to take the bag back and she said no, but STILL took the bag back from our car into the drive through window - having worked in corporate offices for multiple fast food companies, I know the health department would NOT have been okay with this situation. I do not recommend working here or supporting the management at this location. I worked here for 6 months, and on my 6 month right around my promised 6 month evaluation for a possible pay raise, they decided to fire me over a 43 cent dispute! And with no previous problems on record with my job performance aswell as no chance for me to appeal or dispute the claims, they fired me on the spot. I do not recommend working for an establishment that claims to respect their workers but instead utilizes dirty tactics like this as a way to save a corporate buck. read more

Went to Chiick-fil-a in Winder/Bethlehem Ga last week. We went through the drive thru. I don't know what system these people are doing but it was ridiculous. You had people way in front of me waiting on their food and people behind me who just placed their order getting it already. They can't go anywhere, they are stuck in line. All the while the ones who have ordered first are waiting to get their food watching these employees just ignoring them! We waited 15 minutes some cars more than that just to get our meal. Before they built this new location it seems to run a lot smoother. I don't see any of the managers that were there before. They really need to find a better system! read more

Sucks consistently...this locations is like the "McDonalds" of all other locations. Every time I come here, my fries are cold or the chicken taste like it's been fried in old grease. Today I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and there's like 3 on there..and they handed out luke warm overly salted fries. Good to see Chick-Fil-A in the countryside. My parents and brother lives on this side of town. I was happy that there's a Chick-Fil-A over here. It was my nephew's birthday and I bought breakfast for the whole family. He's so adorable. The staff here was on point on a Saturday morning at 8 am! They were fast at taking order. I ordered a lot so I understood I hate to wait for my order but they had a great system. I ordered four #1 combos with orange juice and two #4 with apple juice. This Chick-fil-a at 850 Loganville Highway has been the worst, and I've eaten at a Chick-fil-a that had staff sweeping up around people as they were eating. This location is continuously out of certain menu items more specifically gluten free buns. As someone with a gluten allergy, I've come to rely on Chick-fil-a for their GF options, but this location has come up short of my expectations time and time again for this and the overall lack of appropriate service one would expect. read more

If you live in between this chick fil la and the one in Loganville off 78 then I highly recommend you take your money to this location! Food is always hot and they have excellent customer service! I order lunch sometimes during their breakfast hours and they're always happy to accommodate my needs! I had an online order I was picking up through drive thru. While at the speaker I told the person taking my information that I wanted another large mac and cheese to my order (my online order consisted of 2 large mac cheese entrees). When I got to the window to get my order, I checked it and there were only 2 in the bag along with the rest of my order. I said to, who I assume was the manager, that I was missing a large mac and cheese that was an add-on at the speaker. Her response was, "I watched them bag three." I took her word for it even though I checked the bag and only saw 2. I pulled over and parked in the parking lot to double check. There were only 2. I moved my vehicle closer to the drive thru and parked. There was another employee who was walking into the bldg and got his attention, explained to him the situation, and showed him everything that was in my bag. I gave him the receipt and he took it to the manager in drive thru. The same manager came out with my receipt and in a condescending tone said to me, "I thought we talked about this." I told her that I pulled over and checked the bag again and there were only 2. I tried handing her the bag to check herself and, with the same nasty attitude said "I can't touch that". So I took everything out one by one and showed her that I did not receive 3 orders of mac and cheese. She was talking to me as if I was trying to steal a large mac and cheese. My order was a little over $50. Trust and believe I can afford a large mac and cheese. I told the manager to check the cameras. If she does, she will clearly see that there were 2 placed in my bag. If an honest mistake was made and that 3rd large mac and cheese was given to another drive thru customer, the best thing to do is be a woman about it, be a professional about it, and admit that you were wrong. I spend alot of money at chik fil A to be treated with the kind of disrespect that I experienced today. Be humble and do better, madam. I got refunded for the one I didnt receive. read more

This is my third experience up here the first time they didn't have menus with the people standing outside but this time they did I guess because of my complaint and now they can't get the food right at the drive-through line I had to come back all the way from bold springs Road just to get my pregnant wife the right order that they did not even put in the bag I'll never come back here again I never had problems in Loganville or Snellville those are the best spots to go just FYI read more

My wife got food poisoning from bad lettuce in one of their salads. And the chicken breasts in the sandwiches aren't trimmed so there's always a nasty, gristley, veiny piece hidden in the sandwiches. Fries are always potato ends that are over or undercooked. Im done. read more

We live CFA. But I have to give this visit a less than satisfactory grade. Ordered a chicken biscuit, bacon egg cheese biscuit, and a chicken mini. My chicken was SO small I took it back and asked for a larger piece. The nee one was the exact same size. My wife's biscuit literally had 1/2 of one piece of bacon on it. And the bread on the mini's was way under done. Some people would say I am too picky, but come on. CFA thinks an awful lot of their food as evident by their prices. If you are going to charge premium prices, I will hold you to a premium standard. This CFA visit did not meet those standards. read more

I normally love this Chick-fil-A until this morning at 10:00 AM. I went in to the restaurant to get some breakfast and from the time I stepped into the doorway didn't feel like all the other CFA experiences I have had in the past. Management wasn't welcoming at all. Employees didn't seem to want to be there. It obviously wasn't anyone's pleasure this morning. I was feeling a number 5 meal this morning which is bacon, egg, & cheese. And after the meal got delivered I opened up my biscuit to not see any cheese or egg.
