So, its been maybe 12 years since I've been to Zaxby's, and my memory of it was good. Today after visiting Zaxby's I came away unsure. First, why are the first 1/2 dozen parking spots for dashers? Or those that are just picking up? Yes there was 1-2 handicapped parking spots there, and they should be. Second, get cashiers that can smile, respond to comments, etc. Also see if you can help the only one at the counter waiting at 12:04pm on a Wednesday with in 5 minutes. Obviously I beat lunch crowd. Third, I used to could substitute the Texas toast for extra fries, not anymore, so one piece of toast in trash. Sorry, but I don't like to throw away food and seems it'd be better served to someone who wants it? Fourth, has the chicken always been chewy/rubbery? On the good side, the chicken was VERY hot. The fries were hot and seasoned very well, almost to much, but I enjoyed. And then the sweet tea, very good. Was my experience a one off? Don't know. Will I return, maybe, probably not this one which is ashame cause I go to that area one day every week, and usually eat while there. read more

Customer service was very poor! Poor attitude, poor manners, poor work ethic. We have dined in and gone through drive in. Both times the experience was the same. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. We couldn't wait to leave.. thankfully, the food the was good, but dealing with very poor attitudes when simply placing an order makes us consider driving across town to another Zaxbys. Terrible service Only 1 family in dining room, so obviously not busy on a Saturday at dinner. The employee taking our order at the counter was beyond rude. At the end I asked if they have high chairs for my toddler and she wouldn't even answer me. I asked 3 times and she finally shook head no. How does an establishment for families not have any high chairs for toddlers and had no changing table in bathroom. And employee beyond rude. Won't be back Don't recommend! read more

You can tell the food is pre-cooked. I waited at least 3 visits before I wrote this particular review since my last one. I wasn't impressed with the meals. They were hot - just warm. Fries were almost as cold as the customer service I received. The drive thru is frustrating. If you say what you want, they'll speak over the intercom as if you asking for service is doing them a disservice. Look, if I'm paying, serve me appropriately. No one has done anything to you that's coming through the line. And honestly, I'm not annoyed with the workers, I wonder the level of training and mentorship the management is providing. I stopped there after my grandsons ballgame on Monday night. The girl that took out order was asked if the tomatoes on the salad were cherry tomatoes or sliced, she had no idea what I was talking about, so she answered, crumbled. I love the Food I do it's good and everything. But when I went to order the SERVICE was horrible I asked to change my meal to a large and an extra drink. I got none of that this girl was slacking off her name was like Zasty. She got on my nerve my dad was so mad. I've been in Blythewood, South Carolina since I was five years old and I'm currently 59 years old. I was very excited to see that Zaxby's came to Blythewood and I decided to try the drive-through for the first time ever and arrived at 9:05-ish I would give you exact time if there was a receipt that was placed in the bag, but there was not. I was in very good spirits as I came up to the window and I'm not sure who's working at the window at that time. Maybe it's a high school kid in their customer service skills is not the best, but should be. her attitude was so bad like I was imposing and she was doing me a favor. Maybe it was because it was going to close and that might be it. she slung the glass open as if I was an unexpected guess I won't expect it at all and took my payment handing me what I ordered and I said thank you and took the bag. No you're welcome no come back to see us slam the window close I leaned up to ask for some Zaxby sauce she slam the window open asked a question she said no we're out we don't have any more and slam the window back closed. I said OK and as I was putting my money and my wallet away trying to put back on my seatbelt she slid the window open again and said sir, is there anything else you're waiting for? I looked at her in shock as I notice, she was entertaining three other employees behind her. I said no I'm good thank you and the window slam closed! Not only was this my first time going through a Zaxby's drive-through, but it was my first time experience Zaxby's ever and because of that I will never come back and I love walking distance from the store in Blythewood I work in customer service myself and it really doesn't take much to be considerate to your customers even when you're trying to impress your friends working there Standing behind you. As it was decided what to eat I noticed the Zaxby's drive-through was completely empty and I thought let me go. Try it out the wait won't be long. Well, after my first time back experience, I see why the drive-through was completely empty and if I pulled up at nine-ish and they were about to close I apologize but there's no excuse for bad customer service regardless of what time it is, if the business is open. Juleisse is the reason for a one star I Order a kicken chicken meal and a big Zax snack whenever I got to the window I told her I forgot to ask for honey mustard instead of zax sauce on one of my meals then she rolled her eyes! And reluctantly walked to get it when she arrived I handed her my coupon I asked how much it was she didn't say anything she snatched my coupon from me she had the nastiest look on her face rudely handed me my drinks and food and didn't say a word l. Hate doing this, but this is the point of reviews. Mobile order took 30 mins, they did not give us any of the 4 sauces ordered, and shorted us a chicken finger. Hate to see the customer service call through when the food itself is good at a place. Work on your people. read more

I was refused service when I came inside to order at the Blythewood Zaxby's. It sure was not because they did not have enough staff because I watched the one girl leaning on the counter scrolling through her phone like it was her job. There were six people dining in the dining room area and the drive through was wrapped around the building. When I asked for the manager they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. GM Kyesha is the most miserable UNPROFESSIONAL person I have ever encountered in my life. Had a issue with my order and she blamed me for being upset about it which I tried to explain that I wasn't. She wouldn't let me get a word in. Kept cutting me off when I tried to explain myself. She then became enraged with me when I asked for my money back to squash it since my food hadn't arrived yet. That's when she really blew a gasket. She then yelled at me in front of other customers and employees working under her. This is all over FOOD people. Yes, FOOD. The employees thought it was funny bc they laughed. I quest that made Kyesha feel empowered. Staff is Unprofessional, lazy and some were wearing uniforms that was so wrinkled that I couldn't count all the wrinkles in their shirts, and these are people handling your food. Not mine anymore.
