In town visiting and we don't have Zaxbys where I live. I really miss Zaxbys. I was worried with the bad reviews but it was perfect! Food was hot and fresh. Sweet tea was fresh and delicious. This is a super busy location. So be ready for that. If you use the app then they are pretty quick most of the time. Food is decent. but inconsistent. I just got back over the 22-mile round trip to feed the family with the 30-piece fingers...only to find that the fries and Texas Toast were missing. This was after waiting over 10 minutes inside to PLACE my order and I was second in line! On top of it all, my drink (SF Ginger Ale) tasted like seltzer water with a slight bit of flavor. This might literally be the slowest Zaxby's I've ever experienced. Sat in the drive through line for a solid 20 minutes only for 3 cars to move. Had to pull out for a bathroom break, so ordered inside. Girl was flirting with the cook, and everybody else was just hanging out. Took another 23 minutes to get food inside. Dear,Zaxbys I hope you can fix these issues in the future 1. Zabys always has me disappointed in this location why? You may ask? Well first of all they always seem to messed up my order and overcharge me if I were to order a cookie as an example they would charge me double the price and guess what??? And not give me the cookie at all I know you can say just go back to the restaurant and claim your order but if you are doing takeout or are in a rush you won't notice it's missing...... the workers here are meth not rude just no emotion or felling just what would you like to order.......I really hope zaxbys fixes these issues I hope this review well not hurt the restaurant just give it feedback..... I had problems getting my free Zaxby snack reward for downloading the app. The cashier just looked at me having no clue. Apparently there are problems with the free app reward that is pasted everywhere in the store BUT the manager he made things right so he is Magnificent. read more

Store on Thompson Bridge is absolutely the worst store of this franchise! Always slow...up to 30 minutes waiting on drive thru, never get the full order and always missing sauce! This is a well run Zaxby's, I just wish it was a little easier to get in/out of the parking lot, especially when the drive through is backed up. But that's a problem a lot of Zaxby's and Chick-fil-a's both have. I also wish they would have the Zensation Salad all year :-). Love that salad. read more

I am not very happy with my order today, I waited 30 minutes for a traditional wings and things teriyaki, and a 5 piece chicken finger plate. I wasn't worried about how long I waited because I was in no hurry, but when I got home 20 minutes away from the restaurant at 10:15 pm, I was very disappointed to find my tenders looked more like nuggets and one didn't even look like it was from zaxybys.... Store @ Thompson Bridge Rd. - Placed DoorDash order on Tues. 8/29 around 7:30pm. When delivered, item from order was missing. Called this store and was told "Manager left". Whomever answered would not help in anyway. Also DoorDash now has a policy not to credit, refund, or redeliver any problems/missing items. read more

We have been to other Zaxby's that were not this nice, clean with a good atmosphere in dining room. This one was much better than others we have been to and feel the food was prepared much better. Pleasantly surprised and glad it is fairly close to our house. The bathrooms at this location are squeaky clean, something that says a lot to me about a restaurant in general. This is a very poorly run Zaxby's. Employees arguing in front of customers and employees with pink hair dancing around, as I am waiting on my order that has been sitting entirely too long waiting to be bagged over the normal wait time. I get that everybody is having a hard time now. But this Zaxby's location took 20 minutes from the time I arrived (and called to tell them that) until they brought me my order. There pick up servic sucks it took me 40 minutes for us to get our order and it was litterly was flipping sitting there so everything was cold so we got them to redo it and then they for got something so I ordered it 15 minutes before we got to the location then I was there for 63 minutes definitely go to another location if you want quick service I've tried the line and it isn't really any quicker if you want good service just go to the chick fila across the road or a near by other zaxbys location but at the end of it all it was good food read more

Don't do the pick up option. The service is very bad. They don't answer the phone. I went to the door and my food was done. It was sitting on the counter. I sat for 1 hour waiting, then they finally brought it from the counter to me. They didn't try making it up they gave me cold food and didn't give me even one extra sauce. They had about 100 cars go through the drive through in that time. read more

I Love Zaxbys food. And I had great hopes that the new location would be better than the old location. It's new and it's clean (which is a big improvement) over the old location. However, the shift manager from the old site has brought the same terribly slow service with her. I timed 10 minutes where not one single front counter order was delivered. Just not acceptable. They were not short staffed, just poorly managed. Until they make some management changes, I recommend you go elsewhere. read more

I typically love Zaxby's. They have good food and not too expensive. This Zaxby's we love near and tend to go to from time to time so we knew there would be a longer wait, but we did not have in mind 20 minutes to wait. I as well as someone else in my party ordered salads. Her salad had pieces of trash in it and mine didn't have any toast. I know what you're thinking "Why is toast a big deal? It's not like they forget the chicken." Oh but they did. There was no chicken on my salad that I waited 20 minutes for so I went up to the front and waited in line and told them there was no chicken.
