Worst customer service! I ordered two Zaxby's club meals and I repeated it multiple times that I wanted two the dumbass in the front even read it back to me correctly. When they gave me my order guess what, it was only ONE meal. And when I told them my order was wrong the young "lady" in the front caught a nasty attitude like it was my fault they got my order wrong she told me if I wanted my second meal I'll have to drive back around and order it. I love Zaxby's but this has to be the SLOWEST one I have ever been to. I sat at the drive-thru menu for 10 minutes and finally drove off because they told me to wait longer. I never even placed my order and that was after I waited 15 minutes prior to that, behind the cars in front of me. I can't imagine how long the food would've taken if I had stayed. I decided to come to this zaxbys for lunch today. I ordered a fried house salad. When I sat down to eat the salad, I noticed that the salad base was not fresh. The romaine lettuce was brown. I began picking around the bad pieces because I was so hungry. As I am continuing to eat, I see a black piece on my lettuce. I look closer and see wings and realize it is a fly. At this point, I am freaking out and so angry. I call the manager and he told me to come back and get a new salad. WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER SALAD AFTER A FLY WAS IN THE LAST? As a manager is that how you make up for a fly being in someone's salad? I am only giving a one star because 0 stars is not an option. I am very shocked, and disappointed. This Zaxby's location, Mount Zion, Jonesboro, GA, has improved slightly over the past year. There has been high staff turnover, and it appears the supervision is somewhat better. For months, there appeared to be teenage staff only, apparently with little to no adult supervision, particularly in the evenings. This location, however, has a long way to go, and is far from the high level customer service and consistent food quality compared to most other Zaxby's locations. It is difficulty to understand how Zaxby's, Inc can tolerate the damage this location has done to its good brand over such an extended period of time. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!! I arrived at this location at 9:46 PM last night after my girls basketball team practiced. Let me add I have a broken fibula and am confined to a boot. Stood in line until 9:56 PM and wasn't acknowledged. The restaurant appeared to be going down in flames. The dining room was full of guests that looked displeased, there were several bags of food sitting near the register, boxes of food coming out of the window, and the cashier was so frazzled, she couldn't take a moment to take my order. After online order several guests came in after me and were able to get attention, I asked the cashier if I should go to the drive through, which she responded "yes" and apologized to me. I went to the drive-thru and was met by a young lady who I explained the events to and she went to get the manager, but never took my order. I proceeded to the speaker which no one responded to. The young lady returned saying the manager was busy, but I was the last car so she won't be busy. 4 employees walked out of the back door exit which is near the drive through celebrating being closed; one of them specifically stated "we closed". I placed my car in park and went back into the dining room to speak with the manager whose name is Cara or Tara. Rather than take my order, she refused to serve me because she didn't like my tone. I have a broken leg, had a car full of hungry basketball players and was in line in the dining room well before closing. When I asked her to take my order her response was "if I had come in there with some sense she would have". Sense? Where is the sense in a guest entering a restaurant and not getting service when I was in line? Where is the sense in the way she was allowing Zaxby's to be managed? She didn't even address the issues that were obvious and attempted to insult me when I said nothing disrespectful; I didn't even curse at her. She doesn't deserve to be a manager because she obviously doesn't have the capacity, competence, nor the discipline to do so. read more

Walk into this location at about 7:58 p.m. September 10th 2016 the store was very dirty employees were in disarray. Many customers are getting refunds because they were not working. Observed an employee wiping tables with the same towel that he wiped the floor with. I really wanted to write them with zero stars but this app will not allow me to. On a previous visit to the same store A co-worker and I were eating lunch and we're attacked by ants on our table. You think we would have learned our lesson then. read more

No fries. Got the order wrong. The wings were the wrong heat. And the sauce was wrong. The onion rings were cold and soggy. the chicken sticks were overfried - or old ones refried. And the chicken in the zalad tasted odd. 1more thing: there was a bad smell (like sewage) by the drink dispenser. I think it was the drain that had not been cleaned. Eeww. We won't be back. read more
