Found this place on UberEats; There's a BOGO deal. Opted for the chicken rice bowl. I only had three options to choose for a topping which wasn't too bad. I figured the rice and beans were kinda already enough. I ordered lettuce, shredded cheese and HOT salsa for my toppings. It was ok, but the hot salsa was not spicy at all. There wasn't even a hint of spice. It had an overpowering tangy taste. And it seemed store bought. Next time I will ask for sauce in the side. If you're big on sauces like I am, don't order online lol. Get there and ask to try the sauces first. Customer service was good. There was little to no interaction, really. Wanted to try something a little different so it was our first time at this spot. Service was great, and we received our food pretty quickly. When we entered the location was clean, dining room was spacious and inviting with a good vibe. Being in Public Health the only thing that I would recommend is all employees dealing with food have on the Proper Hair restraint /beard restraint and jewelry not being on their wrists while cooking food items for guests. Also whenever anyone drops anything on the floor to immediately was their hands and not just change their gloves. this customer service is one star the Caucasian young lady that was in the establishment today had a nasty attitude. I paid for a taco salad I opened the box to view a salad. Ask her where was the lettuce she told me it was on the bottom a half a cup of lettuce cup of rice cup of beans cup of corn that is not a salad I like to use to put a whole bunch of cheese on there. This is not the first time I had this experience first time we didn't have lettuce in our salad. It was just beans rice meat, cheese any time you go there please open your box and look at your food. The food was fine, filling and good. This is the second time trying as the first time was Uber Eats. I had a coupon that was sent from business and doesn't read it has to be ordered and delivered in order to use it. The menu is very busy with lots of options and the workers didn't seem that interested in helping and either confused or just transactional. The money will be back in a few business days. Okay I get home and check my food. There is no powdered sugar on the love chips. I don't see the side of queso or pico. I call the store and let them know that they left some stuff off my order. She says it's in the box with the tacos and I don't see it. The girl on the phone says that I can come back and pick it up but they can't refund me my order because they already refunded the cauliflower tacos. What the hell! You're the one who made the mistakes not me. I'm hungry and the only thing on the taco is lettuce and shrimp. The customer service is horrible. Came on a Friday night. Everyone just kind of looks at you a gives a quiet "hello". The prices are crazy!!! We ordered a side of queso, and he picked up a little dish that's normally used for a side or ranch or something. This size was almost $6.
