While I empathize for the delivery driver the manager should have emailed or called letting me know the status of order. I expected higher quality of service from edible Arrangements and am highly disadisappointed. The arrangement was for a surprise to a family that was hosting Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter. The lack of communication made our family appear unappreciative for them graciously host our daughter. Please do better in the future.

I decided to go the next morning in person. I arrived 30 minutes before 9am for parking purposes. The store wasn't opened at 9am I then waited 30 mins more to finally call and see if someone would answer. Which someone finally answered as I came in to unload my opinions about the lack of communication. The Gentleman (without introduction) reported he was a new manager and is in transition of building the stores quality up. He apologized and said I would be receiving the full refund for the inconvenience and to give the fruit carving specialist 15-20 mins to get the order done. I would of waited inside however the store A.C was broken and I inform the representative that I will wait in my car at the corner to call me. I waited from 9:30-11a for the order to be done to have to deliver it myself a 40 min ride away it was no longer a random surprise. When the gentleman brought the order to my car he repeated you'll get a full refund for the delay and inconvenience. They even forgot the personal note... this looked so boring I was shocked bc I've had plenty of edible arrangements not from this location. Put a bow on it or more strings/colors to make it pop.. so disappointing. However the new manager is working hard to make this place blossom again!!! Errors occur and this is something that can be fixed under a committed team to bring back the joy of gifting... kudos to that on come success manifest it!!!

I helped them by going back to the clinic to get a print up of my eligibility. They still denied that | also went into my membership portal that showed them My coverage is active They denied that as well leven gave them a number for them to call based on providers and pharmacies and because it's the weekend they weren't able to get thru but my print up from the medical office and the portal both shown that eligible for visit and pharmacy, if I'm dealing with this and I have private insurance 1199 my bear goes out to those on public insurance in 2026 there is no room for lazy pharmacies that don't have the time to update their systems. If you're acquiring money from the public, you should be putting that back to make each interaction is convenient for everybody. I've never had to pay out-of-pocket my whole life for my insurance, but the only resolution they can come to since their system was inadequate was for me to pay $50 and to get reimbursed for my insurance DO NOT COME HERE Instead, use Walgreens use Parkchester pharmacy I'm always in and out in less than 10 minutes. Especially today Parkchester pharmacy was a huge help. All I had to do was give my information last name date of birth. They found my prescriptions instantly and I was out.
