I ordered an arrangement on 11/21 to be delivered 11/27. The arrangement never came and no call or email from store. I called today to find out status of order and they stated the delivery driver got into an accident and didn't deliver. While I empathize for the delivery driver the manager should have emailed or called letting me know the status of order. I expected higher quality of service from edible Arrangements and am highly disadisappointed. The arrangement was for a surprise to a family that was hosting Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter. The lack of communication made our family appear unappreciative for them graciously host our daughter. Please do better in the future. read more

This place needs a makeover inside and out. The customer service here needs to be transitioned fast because what was supposed to be a surprise turned out into me picking up the surprise and dropping it off myself. I ordered overnight at work "a thank you"promotion they had. Which my delivery day was scheduled for the next day. I received the confirmation email and tracking. I called the next day because I wanted to confirm the instructions to the company was do-able no one answered. I called from 12pm-4:45pm on & off still nothing I left a vm nothing. I decided to go the next morning in person. I arrived 30 minutes before 9am for parking purposes. The store wasn't opened at 9am I then waited 30 mins more to finally call and see if someone would answer. Which someone finally answered as I came in to unload my opinions about the lack of communication. The Gentleman (without introduction) reported he was a new manager and is in transition of building the stores quality up. He apologized and said I would be receiving the full refund for the inconvenience and to give the fruit carving specialist 15-20 mins to get the order done. I would of waited inside however the store A.C was broken and I inform the representative that I will wait in my car at the corner to call me. I waited from 9:30-11a for the order to be done to have to deliver it myself a 40 min ride away it was no longer a random surprise. When the gentleman brought the order to my car he repeated you'll get a full refund for the delay and inconvenience. They even forgot the personal note... this looked so boring I was shocked bc I've had plenty of edible arrangements not from this location. Put a bow on it or more strings/colors to make it pop.. so disappointing. However the new manager is working hard to make this place blossom again!!! Errors occur and this is something that can be fixed under a committed team to bring back the joy of gifting... kudos to that on come success manifest it!!! read more

Feb.14.2024 I was sent Edible Arrangement with dozen of roses that were from last year. I tried calling Whitestone store and was disconnect after there speech. How can you rate ZERO !!! People pay for quality and I do not care that it is a holiday . That is when you have to be ready , it is not the first time doing holidays. I placed an order online on 12/16 and I was able to pick from the calendar today, 12/25 as a pickup date. The order was in their system for over 1 week and they called me today, pickup day, to tell me they are closed for Christmas. They had over a week to call me but they didn't. NEVER order from here at all costs! I ordered an arrangement days before the delivery date and it never showed up! It was an order well in advanced and it was never delivered. I called the store multiple times and no one picked up. Voicemail inbox is full-probably from all the complaints people had before so there's ABSOLUTELY no one to help you. I had to call the main edible arrangements customer service to get my problem resolved. This store is absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. Do not trust this store ever your order. This was a very good company to work with. I had a last minute gift I bought this morning for my boss for her birthday. A small arrangements with chocolate covered fruit he came with a small bowl for the fruit was then and three large balloons at a very reasonable price the website even offered me a $10 discount coupon at checkout. Delivery was fast I got it delivered to my job before 5 o'clock. It was 13.00 for shipping which was kinda pricey for me but it was worth it bc the arraignment looks great and my boss was very happy. read more
