Tried to return the DEFECTIVE coils and was told nope they won't take them back because there was juice on the one. I didn't get the wrong one the things are defective! I even bought the same coils at a different shop and the fit perfectly. Definitely don't recommend shopping with them. 0/10!!!! I actually feel like they sold them to me knowing they were defective but just wanted to get their money.

Recently one of their bottles shattered on me while filling my vape causing juice to splatter everywhere including into my eyes. After cleaning up the mess and rinsing my eyes several times, I headed back to the store with the broken bottle to show them. the sales rep asked if the bottle was cold when it broke and I replied it was not. That was all they said. Not a " we're sorry that happened to you" or " are you alright?" Not an offer for a small discount on a new bottle. I would contact the owner but there is no contact info on their website.

My son…read morebought me a few tins of Balkan Sasani but the pleasant surprises are the samples of their house "Oriental" blends. Distinctly smooth, pleasant smokes. Since my son doesn't understand how much I smoke, I now have a LARGE supply of pipe tobacco. Life could be a LOT worse. A very knowledgeable staff as he followed their advice and I'm very pleased. Puffco…read moredid not respond in their own window of service, and Excitement offered to replace the product and even verified that it was working/charging so I just dropped it off and headed on my way. I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. I am taking a star off only because they need a better agreement with Puffco. I understand that the restrictions were caused by Puffco policies and they may be protecting themselves against bad actors, but when you end up with honest people paying in time and frustration that's not a real solution either. Backround: I was sold a Puffco that had a defective vaporizer - it wouldn't charge. I promptly brought it back the next day - item had never been used. Was told that the policy for the product was everything had to be done by the manufacturer. No offer to make it right - and simply exchange the item. Basic inspection would have shown that this had never been used. Plenty of excuses were given - but no actual customer service or responsibility taken - it was all someone else's fault. The point of using brick and mortar is for convenience and making returns easier. The product would not charge. This was demonstrable in less than a minute, but I apparently had to send a video to the manufacturer for them to pay attention and I still haven't heard back from them.

They'll sell you low quality products and keep your money when the products fail. Who runs a business that way? These shady people do. Just look at the place and form your own conclusion. Scum.
