BRIAN, the owner is there all the time and will special order products, keep ur favs in stock, and offer special pricing if ur willing to buy more than just a few of something. They manage their inventory well and bend over backward to make sure that regular customers can always get the items that they frequently purchase. I opened the box and the bottle says it expired in 2023. I went back in to switch it out for a newer one but the employee said "vape juice ages like fine wine". I said ok but tried it out and it is tasteless. The quality is very low. Now researching about it- no you're not supposed to vape 2 yr expired e juice. Pretty poor experience and I wasted $20. I'll be going to other shops unfortunately.
