I went there tonight to buy a pack of cigarettes. Customer service sucks here. Prices are not clearly labeled. Anyways, I went to pay for the cigarettes and the guy says .50 cents to use the card with a poor attitide. I gave him back the cigarettes and I said I don't pay .50 cents to use my card and started to walk out. Its a matter of principle. I don't pay (other than for the product) to give you my business. Anyways, I begin to walk out to leave and the guy running cashier mockingly said to another customer "He said he doesn't pay .50 cents to use his card" I turned around and said Yes, that's what I said and the cashier said F*** You. Rather than entertain the idiot I took my business across the street to the liquor store. If you need smokes, fountain drinks and or beer go across the street to the liquor store. Mikes smoke shop is a great place to purchase your tobacco. He has other nick nak's as well. Employees there are really cool kin folk. Nice place to look around. Mike is really a nice guy too. Mike's has been around for years, and for good reason! The place is cool, clean, everyone there is so friendly, especially Mike, like family! They have quite a lot to choose from, a walk in humidor, & if you don't know exactly what to get, they're a great help. He even has his own cigars that are really good! So thoughtful & I find their prices are very reasonable, & if you need them to stock something regularly they will make sure to meet your needs. I've never been in the store when Mike wasn't there. His staff is always courteous and helpful. It's like buying from "family", and Mike himself is definately a cool guy with a good sense of humor and treats his customes like long time friends. I have similar stores closer to where I live that are competitive in pricing but I drive out of my way to Mike's store because of the atmosphere and service. Go in there one time and I'll guarantee you will become a regular customer, just like I did. RED read more
