ZC pro came out to fixed a leak and caused other issues. They want to charge me to fix their problems. I will not be using them again.

$170 diagnostic fee. This local company I had used in years past was the first I called to consult about the low water pressure from my galvanized plumbing. After less than 10 minutes eyeballing the house and its plumbing they gave me an estimate to replace my galvanized plumbing with PEX. This $170 fee was charged in addition for the highest quote I received for this project. I can understand that time is money. However not one gauge or tool or camera was used for this diagnostic fee. During the February Freeze, Zac squeezed us in when we had a leak. Fortunately we only had three broken pipes, all of which he replaced. He came back and turned the water on after the last freeze. All looks good. His service and work ethic are great. read more

First off Zac and Arturo came to the house to install our kitchen and master bathroom sinks after installation of new countertops (not completed yet) but the plumbing needed to be done while waiting for the backsplash. Zac and his crew arrived right on time. We had them install 3 more spigots upstairs in the guest bedrooms. The nice thing is that plumbing is hourly so when you have 2 fast guys going from room to room in a rapid fashion that makes me extremely happy. They had to come back the next day to finish the upstairs spigots and the fact that we bought some incorrect pieces of hardware so that was Jim and Arturo who, once again, were fast and courteous and took their boots off when entering the house... something everyone did. Each of these guys were very polite and fast and the bill was beyond fair for all the work. I encouraged them to get online so happy people like me can rave about the service.
