Recently, my five year old furnace went out on a Saturday evening on the coldest day of winter so far. :( Called Valley at 7:00pm and got their on call guy. He was awesome and walked through a bunch of things to check. Realized it was probably a bad part and he advised that to save money (and because part suppliers were closed), use the fireplace and wait until Monday morning. We did and they came out first thing and replaced the faulty part quickly and for a fraction of the cost of an emergency visit.
