He also got a very old puke stain out of the carpet upstairs, and it has not returned, as they sometimes do. At this point, I don't even freak out about stains because I know once I call CI, they'll be gone. He also left me a bottle of stain cleaner that was better than any Resolve or whatever else I've used. - One thing I appreciated: I called Dan to clean the carpet in my rental home, and it had cat urine in it. As you may have heard, cat urine is the worst and is very difficult/impossible to totally remove the smell. Dan cleaned it twice and the smell was still vaguely there. He was very straightforward and honest with me about the chances of it coming out (nil); he didn't just keep upselling me and making empty promises.
