There are not enough words to express how happy I am with my eyebrows!! Jean is incredibly talented, professional, and caring. My experience at Zean's Beauty was phenomenal and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience and the results. I have always struggled with drawing in my eyebrows. I would end up overdrawing them which would then make them look worse (quite the vicious cycle). My eyebrows before microblading were uneven and sparse. Now they look so natural, full, and symmetrical! Jean really took the time to draw out the shape of the brows. She listened to what I wanted and helped me come up with a shape that matched my face structure and I was happy with. It's really refreshing to work with someone who thoroughly takes their time to deliver the quality you deserve. Jean made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time. The procedure was surprisingly painless! Throughout the procedure, she would bring out her ruler to measure the eyebrows and would fixate over the tiniest of details. That is how much passion she has to deliver the perfect eyebrows! I would recommend this place if you are looking for an artist. First off Zean is very nice atleast that is what I thought , I found her on Groupon and she charged me a extra $20 once I arrived , she uses a lot of glue which has caused me to lose a lot of my natural lashes , I gave her a second chance I guess bc she was nice , she did a terrible job the lashes were falling out the next day , I texted her asked if she could fix them she said she was closing down that location and moving out of town , I then texted her from my work phone pretending to be someone else and she asked when would I like to come in , ... if she didn't want to fix what she messed up that's all she had to say , instead of lying like she was moving out of town ... this lady is a fraud, she come off as being very nice but be careful , anybody who will lie instead of acknowledging there mistakes is a FRAUD . read more

I discovered her business through Groupon Sept 2017. I walked in having extensions I got from a place in San Diego, which I visit frequently, but thought I would try out a new place. My initial visit wasn't as expected, as the left eye's lashes either felt hard or stuck together (I asked for faux mink). So I went back and she gladly re-did the left eye, and I was happy with that service. I came back a few more times since then (my last visit on Oct 31), and on another occasion I had to go back because the 2 eyes looked asymmetrical (I gave the benefit of the doubt b/c I have monolids but since she's also Asian, I was hoping she understood my frustration). She gladly did that service also, so I was fine with it. But 3 weeks after my most recent fill (I was seeing her biweekly at this point), I realized that the quality of the work may not have been so good after all. Eyelash extensions are meant to be glued to my real lash, not my lash line. About 50% were glued to my lash line, so those remained in the exact same place as they were (now) 4 weeks ago. Yes, they stay on longer but at what cost? Damaging my real lashes maybe. So I went to see another esthetician to remove them, and she said that there were too many lashes applied, and they were glued kind of everywhere, plus too much glue was used (keep in mind that I don't have much hair here to start with). 4 weeks ago before realizing that this probably wasn't good, I decided to give my real lashes a break. Now, it's probably much needed, so I'll be conditioning my lashes. Although I'm not placing sole responsibility on Zean's Beauty, as I've had lash extensions since summer, I'm sure it didn't help. read more

I only came to Zean because of a Groupon Special. Exactly what others said the price isn't $58 as said on the Groupon Ad. She charged me an extra $20 for removal because I had some lashes left from a previous lash session. Anyway this was my 2nd time getting my lashes done and this is the worst! The first time I got them done from a different place I never felt my eye getting poked. I thought when we were finished -it hurt because glue was still wet , but even hours later it's so uncomfortable and to the point where I want to just remove them. The eyelashes are so different from my 1st experience . It's not soft at all. I'm disappointed and never going back to her again. She was a very nice sweet lady to talk to & conversate during the process , but that doesn't mean she did a good job. I wasted time & money. Stay away. read more

I only came here cause I bought a Groupon. I definitely will not be returning. I guess that's the chance you take when you buy a Groupon. They provide you with the worst lashes possible. They definitely weren't individual lashes and not soft at all. I think a nail salon would have done better. After leaving my eyes started to hurt from all the glue that had been used. I don't get how this place got good rating. I ended up going to sally and getting lash remover because the glue patches were just too much. I regret going here and the lady didn't even get close to what I showed her. Please stay away. read more

First I'd like to say the lady is very nice! However, the Groupon (which she saw she'd give me the same price of $58) was very misleading. When I got there and I was on the table after I'd already seen a girl who she had done her eyelashes and as she was preparing to do my eyelashes at that point she tells me I could not have the same eyelashes and less I wanted to pay $20 more. That would have made the eyelashes $78 of which I was not prepared to do. I had spoken to her ahead of time and she never made mention of two different prices. So she told me that I would be getting the sin not the full eyelashes. I was all the way out in Cyprus I had driven there I was lying on the table I said all right go ahead. Needless to say I could not have been more unhappy. I would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever. I feel that I was not told the truth from the beginning and she also uses synthetic eyelashes which I did not know about she just not used to being eyelashes. just because someone is a nice person doesn't mean that you really want to do business with them when they're really not offering you better service better product and great lashes. read more
