I've been going to Lashes M Brows for the past two years, and I really love their service! I get my lashes done by either Thao or Mimi, and they come out great each time. They are both very sweet and make sure that you are satisfied before you leave. What I really like about this place is that they care about your lash health. I'm surprised that my natural lashes are still going strong here, I usually need to take a break every few months. Got my lashes done here and had a lovely experience with Van. I originally came for a dramatic anime set, but Van suggested a less dramatic set since I wear glasses. (She explained that a more dramatic set would compromise the integrity of the extensions more easily when they come in contact with my glasses lenses.) I appreciated that she took that into consideration. The studio was clean and quiet. (I came on a Friday morning.) The service was great. It was my first time getting lash extensions and Van was gentle and precise with her application. I have eyes that water easily, but I didn't feel any discomfort. Van checked in on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. She did such a great job! I loved my new lashes and thought they suited my face well without being overwhelming. I've had eyelashes on and off for years and I can honestly say that I was truly pleasantly surprised at my experience at Lashes M Brows. FYI if you are getting a full set, you shouldn't make an appointment with the expectation to be in and out. My full set took a while, close to two hours. This is partly because although my lashes are short, I have a lot of them. Primarily however, Thao, my lash tech, was SUPER meticulous and indescribably gentle during the process. I have never had a tech be so careful with me. Absolutely painless and I dozed off several times. In the past I have sometimes had techs maybe get maybe one or two stuck together, and that was always a process to wait for them to fix. I thought it was just part of the process! When Thao was working however, I could barely feel the tweezers when she was working and not a single lash got stuck. In addition, the lashes are staying on very well so personally, it was worth the time for me. YMMV. read more

Very unprofessional lady named Mimi, I was waiting for 30 minutes without any explanation. They kept talking and laughing with each other even though clients were waiting for them. They are very inconsistent about their prices; you do not see any prices they post publicly online. They will charge you whatever amount they want, as other reviews have said. Red flag!! I don't think they know how to do lashes; the technicians glued lashes onto my skin, and it took 3 hours for a fill, which is unacceptable. I have been getting my lashes done for 5 years, so I know a fill shouldn't take that long; it means they only have amateur techs. I don't enjoy the atmosphere; it's weird vibe, and I believe the lady name Mimi urged me to get filler there. I don't think this place has the authority to inject people. Be careful, guys. read more

I went back a couple times for different sets. I tried the volume set and it looked so natural, but defined! I wanted this set because I was traveling to go to a wedding and vacation. The entire week, I felt confident and did not feel irritated. My eyes round out in the inner corner so this is where I tend to get irritation from false lash bands.
