Your response makes no sense. I clearly said the first time you redid my Eyebrows. It looked great. The color and shading was almost perfect but unfortunately the Eyebrows didn't match one didn't have as much of an arch so I came back to have you fix it. I specifically mentioned to you do not do them dark. And after you made the corrections you went even darker that didn't take the ink and looked faded on top. You can clearly see in the picture. Anh is my favorite permanent make up lady. I've tried 2 makeup artists before hers and the quality wasn't there. It would turn red or faded super fast, but not Anhs! My first time with Anh was over 2 years ago when she redid my eye brows and eyeliner. (Forgot to post 2 years ago and deleted all my progress photos.) She made my eyebrows very nice and I recently came back to get it re done but she advised that it was still in good condition. My eyeliner, she fixed from the last blotched job I got where one wing was slanted downwards. My recent trip was my lips. I decided to get some color on lips. My lips are pale and have a darker top. I recently had my brows re-done/corrected by Anh Le. My previous brow was done about 5-6 years ago. I got lady with the maintenance and hadn't gone back to my previous lady for re touch. My brows were left uneven by my previous artist and Anh assured me she could correct it without problem. She informed me my price for micro blade and shade was $450 (please note prices will vary with each person). I booked my appointment. Showed up. She carefully measured my brows with her special ruler and ensuring each arch was aligned. She then numbed, and started the procedure. I'll have you know, it was my first time mircoblading. The previous one I had was 3D eyebrows. I guess from 5 years ago, things have improved and changed. The numbing was not very effective or the it didn't last long. For a while there, I wasn't sure what was going on as it sounded like scraping of my eyebrows with some pain. I asked what she was doing and she showed me with a mirror. Whatever you do, do not look at your brows during the process. It was bloody and I was pretty shocked at seeing em like that. The greasiest surprise was... it was a small surgical blade with ink scraping against your skin. I told Anh it hurt and she said she was almost done. I ended up just toughing it out but I truly regretted it. It was much too painful. *i blame myself for this since I should have insisted on more numbing cream. Noted for my future self. Like they say, no pain no gain. I had to lay down, get up, lay down, talk, lay down and sit up multiple times during the process. Anh was making sure my brows were even even when I talked and had facial expressions. She didn't let me leave until she was sure they were perfect. I greatly appreciated her desire for perfection. She was satisfied and I was satisfied. She instructed me on after care and contact her at 5 weeks to schedule for touch up if needed. Though the touch up is "free," the parts of blades for touch up is $50 so I guess it really isn't free. At least you know you're getting a new blade etc. infection free etc. I highly recommend her for brows but if you have a low pain tolerance, please remember to insist on numbing cream. The last time I had my eyebrows tattooed with a different artist was about 6 years ago, and they're faded to a light reddish color. I was nervous but as soon as I step into Anh's office, I completely felt at ease. She recommended the combo microblading & shading for my brows. I've been considering permanent makeup for my eyebrows for a couple years now. I finally decided to go with Anh Le due to the good reviews and pictures on Yelp. It's great that Anh's website has detailed information on the types of services and prices. Anh suggested the combo microblading and shading for my eyebrows. The procedure was slightly painful, even with numbing cream, but bearable. The sting goes away a few hours after the procedure. It took about 7 days for the scabs to fall off and look normal. I just came back from the 5 week touch up appointment and can't wait for my eyebrows to heal for the final result. Anh did an amazing job! I'm back with another review, this time it's for lip tattoo/ lip blush. This is my first lip tattoo ever in my life and I decided to go with Anh since she's been my eyebrow tattoo lady for years. I trust her work and was lucky to book an appointment with her really quick. I brought three lip tints to my appointment to show her the colors I normally like to wear. We discussed color theory and what shade is best for my lip condition. She draws the lip shape with lip liner and asks for your opinion before starting procedure. You have a chance to let her know if you want natural or enhanced shape, she caters to your preference. For the ink selection/mixing, you have to trust her, the professional. It is essential to tattoo a very bright color so that the lip peels off to the natural (but beautiful!) color. The numbing cream she uses is superb. I would say the first 25% of the procedure you would experience maybe 1-2 on a pain scale of 10. Then the remaining 75% of the procedure, it is a 0! The lips were swollen and dramatic for 2 days then returned to normal size after. Anh checked up on my lips condition after 1 week to ensure things are good. I'm still in the healing cycle right now, got a few more weeks to go before the final result. But so far so good. I'm very happy with my decision to get this procedure done and especially with my trusted artist Anh! Retouching is an option after 2 months to enhance your final result. Highlights: Her office is in the Westminster West plaza and above the Hoa Nguyen MD. Prior to your appt she will send you info on how to get there. She communicates both by calling and through text which is much appreciated on my end. Eyebrow Procedure: This was my first time ever getting a procedure like this done but I felt like I was in good hands when she explained everything to me. As well as taking the time to draw the plan up and tell me her reasoning behind everything such as how face shape and age and colors play into it. After 6 weeks, I scheduled a touch up and everything went smoothly too! Service: Very accommodating! During my touch up, traffic delayed me and I couldn't make my appointment time but she was able to squeeze me in. Bottom line: For me, the process was seamless. I also enjoy my brows because they look good and natural at no extra effort from me. The whole thing was $350 for microblading brows and $50 for touch up. Compared to other places this is a steal! Anh Lee is by far the best permanent makeup artist I've ever met or seen. I tried 2 others before finding her. With the other 2 after seeing the healed finished product I thought "well ......this doesn't look bad. It's better than having to fill them in every single day or looking like SPOK when I go swimming." When it was time for a touch up that original makeup artist was gone so I had to go looking. I found Ahn and I am soooo happy I did. When she finished I was like "ARE YOU KIDDING ME THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!" I couldn't stop checking them out in the rear view mirror on the drive home! Friends have gone to others and every time I see the work of the others I am so thankful I found her instead. They just can't compare! I went to this lady couple years ago. After she did my eyeliner I was not happy at all. She told me to come back and she will redo it, I came back for my follow up session and she redid it. Her work is not good. The eyeliner is not even. The way she tattooed my eyes made my eyes look very droopy. She made me eyes ugly. I am now living with this ugly eye tattoo she created on my face. I want to get it removed, I went to many places to check how much it would cost for removal and they told me that the typed of ink that was tatted on my eyes, it will take many sessions until it will be lighter. I've never have my eyebrows done before because I was afraid it would ruin my face. Finally, I had to convince myself and decided to have microblading and ombré done. I don't know anyone who do a good job. I started searching up and I found her thru Yelp. I read all the reviews and I thought she was the one I could count on. After I was done with my initial appointment, I was so disappointed with my eyebrows. They came out uneven and she chose the shape and color for me which I did not like. I came back to her the next day and she suggested me to come back in 6 weeks. I said I could not go out with this eyebrows. I insisted her to correct it for me and she did but she was not happy to do it. After she was done, my eyebrows still looked uneven and she explained the arch of my left brow was flat. That was the reason my eyebrows turned out uneven. :( if so, why I need to go to her. I came back to her after 6 weeks. She asked if I liked the shape. I said I did not like it. I showed her the shape that I like. She started blah blah blah which I did not agree. I gave up arguing with her. I let her do her job. After that, I was still not happy with my eyebrows.
