He was able to work with my schedule to find a day and time that worked for me. He was super flexible in giving me multiple options to choose from. I got both a time estimate and an estimate of the cost of services so I knew exactly what to expect. He was quick, efficient, polite, and super professional. I even got updates as he was working on my car. I had been neglecting cleaning, vacuuming, and going to the car wash. Will made my car look like it came off the lot. My jaw was on the floor. Giving them a second chance through direct booking and not a third party! Will update my review after my next service! Very professional with timing of response and communication after booking. The first impressions was everything! I booked this company through a third party who ran an ad on FB for full detailed services. This service was for a wash that included some of the following... door jambs, trunk, vacuuming, and leather treatment. Let me first share that, I loved that outside of my car. When arranging this service my husband was also interested so we booked both vehicles for the same day. The price was $210 per car and was a part of a special they were running for the full detail. I have had several detailers leave the door jamb of my trunk dirty and my gas tank as well, so I was ready to finally have these areas attended too. Unfortunately, this experience was the same for me and I was left a little sad. I made it clear to pay special attention to these areas as company's before, have forgot about these areas. They made sure to confirm exactly what I was mentioning by walking with me to the areas before the cleaning. It took about 3 hours for both cars and the appearance seemed rushed. There was red dirt still on the door jamb of both vehicles and a dirty gas tank and trunk jamb. The spots from hand prints were also left on the back windows and the front window. However, they did wash the outside which I mentioned I loved! This explains the rating! The good news is that, they were so professional with the conversations, I'll try them again in the future. read more

I couldn't be more impressed with the interior detailing job I received! They came to my house to tackle a serious dog hair problem--layers of stubborn hair embedded in the seats and carpets--and absolutely knocked it out of the park. My car looked (and smelled) brand new again by the time they were done. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were able to fit me in much faster than I expected. The service itself was quick without sacrificing quality, which was so convenient since I didn't have to leave home. Communication was excellent throughout--they kept me informed and made the entire process effortless. While driving home from Dallas my Cat got sick during the drive, which ended up on my door and it got up into my speakers. Texted Will and he was able to come out and clean it that same day for a very reasonable price. He did an absolutely fantastic job and I will most definitely reach out again next time I need my car detailed! Could not recommend him enough! read more

I had an appointment with them. I cleaned all the stuff out of my car and then they called about a half hour before the appointment to say I was outside their service area and they were charging me $25 more. They had my full address 24 hours before the appointment but only called 30 minutes before to tell me I was outside their "service area." They said $25 more or they weren't coming. I canceled. Horrible customer service. read more
