I would order pizza and beer even though we didn't like the pizza very much, but now we won't be in anymore when the waitress explained the manager stopped this program. Zeeks has gone downhill in the past two years. Like off a cliff downhill. Ordering using your phone only. There are servers who refuse to interact with the table until you order online. The online qr code system sucks. A mini happy hour pizza was six dollars last year and is now fifteen dollars for the same pizza. The pizza still tastes good and the beer selection is great, and compared to other local Kirkland restaurants, still above average. read more

I used to live in Seattle and Zeeks was one of my go to pizza places. So when I visited Kirkland on my recent trip to Washington state, I couldn't resist. We ordered the "Howser", which is spinach, red onions, fresh basil and garlic, topped with mozzarella, Parmesan and feta cheese, and olive oil glaze. we requested extra Italian sausage and pepperoni. I like pizza here because everything is fresh and freshly made. The pizza didn't take too long to cook and tasted crisp and the toppings were baked all the way through. I wanted some hot tea, which they don't serve. This was the only surprise for me. I don't drink a lot of soda, especially during cold months, so tea would have been a better idea to serve. We also ordered their bread sticks, which are absolutely delicious. Even if you don't like pizza, these are just divine! Layered with Parmesan, mozzarella, fresh garlic and oregano, they are next level delicious. Overall the service was good, the place wasn't too crowded and the food was great. I got takeout from Zeeks Pizza last week. We got personal size ones to try multiple. We tried a custom one, the Puget Pounder and the Weekend Hippie. Each pizza was cooked perfectly, not burnt, and not undercooked. The cheese seemed like it was perfectly melted on and the toppings placed on there in a certain way like they were spread out and in each place for a purpose. The purpose of each bite having a yummy topping. The crust is not thick or extremely thin, kind of in-between. If you had to choose one, it is on the thinner side with a crunch. There is a good ratio of sauce to cheese. You could say they could add a little bit more red onions on top if you have that in your custom made pizza or even in the menu item ones. That is my only complaint, they are pretty good with the topping portions but skimpy on the onions. I guess you could say Zeeks is on the pricey side of pizzas but I think the quality of the pizzas are pretty good and you can tell your ingredients are not all cheap. read more

I think this was the last time I order from Zeeks. The pizza is usually great but recently there delivery times and order correctness have been so off. The last couple times I've ordered here I've had to wait double to over double the estimated time told to me. I also make sure to check with them to see that they have my order correct and the last two times, condiments and toppings have been missing. Also due to how long they take to get here, the pizza is the texture that pizza gets when it has been sitting in the box on your counter top all night. For the price they charge for this pizza, I find this level of service disappointing. read more

Was super excited to try this place as we've walked by so many times, however was disappointed for several reasons. First the cost is extremely high for pretty average food. I don't know why they're charging over $30 for a large pizza that feels like it should cost less than $20. The crust on the bottom was very tough. The breadsticks were also ridiculously overpriced for a very basic appetizer. The restaurant was also way too hot for having air conditioning on. Took a while for someone to take our order and our water was never refilled. Just a very sub par experience. Overcharged for something we didn't ask for either and the waitress acted like it wasn't a big deal. Even if it was a small amount, shows that the people working here don't have integrity. Without a doubt, this is a great pizza restaurant in town. Ordered four extra large pizzas and a Caesar salad to go. Order was ready as estimated. Pizzas were flavorful, hearty and enough servings for a good size party to eat. Salad was enough to feed 2-3 servings. Restaurant has a bar. Restaurant is very cozy and relaxing. Parking is limited so finding a parking spot really close to the restaurant is advisable if you have a large pizza order to go. read more

Not sure what happened to Zeeks, but I used to eat at the one in Green Lake one about 10 years ago and it was fine. Went to this one and it was horrible. The dough was tough and wasn't anything like I remembered. After seeing their prices now, there's no way I'll be returning for this kind of quality. Went here last night. Service was horrible food was OK. Staff was stretched REALLY thin, I had to bus our table half way through just so the waitress had a place to set our food on our table. Funny story here - i've lived in Kirkland for over three years and all that time have driven back to the zeeks in Redmond where are used to live. Don't know why I had no clue there was a zeeks in Kirkland - what? So, Saturday night in Kirkland means the parking isn't great - better than Capitol Hill, worse than anything else on the Eastside. We got a table quickly, the place was noisy in a fun way, and we were excited to show our Swedish friends a good local pizza chain. And that's where it becomes a tale of two stories - things took a while, drafty cold breezes from the door, and overall service seemed to be lacking. Not the experience we sold our friends on. What changed? The server named Natalie. She was attentive, fun, super clear on our orders, and had an attitude of just enjoying what she was doing - the kind of attitude that makes you like someone right away. When the pizza did arrive, it was outstanding - the kind of crust Zeeks is known for and fresh ingredients that let us return to our smug "this is clearly better than any pizza you could get in Sweden, right?" countenance. I use to make pizzas for a living, so I know it's really hard to screw up a Canadian bacon and pineapple with half sausage. I've never tried Zeeks Pizza, that is, until tonight and I am very disappointed with the pie they gave us. It was just poor in flavor, mostly hard bread, with over cooked cheese on top. I paid $26 for this large pizza; I feel like I paid for a puffy cooked pizza base with cheese and maybe a few hints of sausage and Hawaiian toppings. Papa johns would have been cheaper and better tasting. Overall I don't see what all the hype is about when it comes to Zeeks. Like if I want horrible pizza I can just buy it frozen and pay under half price. The customer service was fantastic though. They gave me a $30 credit for the bad pizza; no hassle, which I am very happy about. Hopefully next time they'll actually be worth eating. Crossing my fingers. read more

The last two times I ordered pizza here it took about 1 1/2 hours to receive.... Last night was the kicker though - I ordered my pizzas online, received a confirmation that my order had been received and my pizza would be delivered by 7:35 and they never brought my pizzas and I could never get anyone to answer the phone. It was Mother's Day on top of it and so I them had to scramble and cook dinner at 9:00 at night. HORRIBLE- I can't believe they are still in business. read more

We went there on this Tuesday evening and ordered pizza adding jalapeño. We particularly ask them to put jalapeño in the oven too since we don't want fresh jalapeño on top. We have waited for so long and it came out of not what we ordered. They don't wanna correct it and also don't know how to give refund and tell us to call call center back in few days to check if we have the money back on our credit card. This is a mess and bad service. We left with confusion, hungry and now have to deal with all the mess they made. Never again for Zeeks. It's what $30 something for that pizza which we never get to eat. read more

We ate at Zeek's on 2/24 and learned there has been a drastic change to the pricing that is a wild disconnect from the quality of the food and the environment. They did away with the small pizza and replaced it with a "mini," which is said to feed 1 person. However, our 8 y/o daughter plowed through the 4 tiny pieces of the mini and we had to order another, spending $18.00 on kids' cheese pizza. I made the mistake of ordering a medium Kitchen Sink (bc the mini isn't large enough to feed an 8 y/o so that's not going to work for a grown man) and it cost $27.50! The bill was so large I asked the head server Earl (who has always been awesome - great service and friendly guy) to take a look at it and he confirmed it was correct. We've been going to Zeek's in Kirkland for over 5 years now and it was our go to pizza place because our daughter always had fun. Unfortunately, the prices are now so out of control relative to the quality of the food (no organic ingredients/toppings, unique pizza recipes, etc.) and the environment (cheap silverware, uncomfortable chairs, ragged carpet) that I don't see us returning until the prices come back down to earth. We get it, this is Kirkland and we've always overlooked the pricing in the past because Zeek's was kid-friendly. However, the new pricing is silly relative to the value. I just held a work event here for about 30 people. After sitting in meetings all week and eating hotel buffet food, this was a welcome change, and the only local option I could find that could accomodate our group without insisting we do yet another buffet. The people I dealt with over the phone each time were really helpful and polite. I called to reserve, then called later to set up details. I pre-ordered party-size salads and a few pizzas, then we ordered more as desired. I am actually not a pizza fan, but I really liked this was really good. The Cherry Bomber was good -- I love sausage pizza - but my favorite was a surprise - the Grand Salami. We were there for a while and a pretty demanding group (lots of beers!) but our waitress kept up pretty well. The only thing I'd say is that we lacked enough plates and silverware a few times. All in all really thrilled with how everything was handled and the food quality. read more

Not sure what's happened to Zeek's but things have gone way down hill from the reliably good pizza we used to get. This is the second time with the same experience. The dough was so tough it was difficult to chew. We ordered for delivery (which costs $5 that goes to Zeek's plus whatever you tip the driver) and wait time was 45-55 min. Pizza arrived in 70 min and was nearly cold. I doubt we'll give it another try since this is the second time getting a bad $46 pizza. read more

Seems like everywhere must be short staffed resulting in poor quality of service. The hours may say closes at 9pm but they actually stop taking orders 30-45 min before close. Tried placing an order on a Friday at 8:20pm and the system wouldn't let me. After 15 min of calling and waiting on hold finally got ahold of someone at this location and was told they sometimes shut off online takeout when their busy, aka when they want to go home early so they can party on a Friday night. This isn't just this night but for the past 2 years they've been counting down the clock and annoyed if you place an order after 8pm. Now that the workers have the power to shut off orders online whenever the want they're closing much earlier than usual. Apparently everyone must be doing well these days because no one wants to work, restaurants don't care or need business. The economy is thriving! read more

You could order pizza for your whole family at mod and be home to eat it before our zeek's pizza came to our table. Nice choice of beer. They have gluten free options which is always nice.
